Hi, I want to buy a Penthouse Apartment in gwalior, I have the cash i.e.: no finance needed, but the problem is I want everything legal, some people say Penthouses are illegal, can someone shed some light on the matter? the builders says its passed in labor/machinery room, but he can do the registry.

Dear Experts,
If a person want to buy an agricultural land in Gujarat then he must be a Farmer now a case is If person's father have some lands in 2-3 different places in Gujarat through his heirs(via his father)he has the documents as well for those lands, he also sold one of its land recently in Gujarat.
Now how the person can claim to be farmer via his father's land as his heirs and buy the new agricultural land in Gujarat??
Please give me some suggestions on the said matter.

Our building has been redeveloped in 2007. Our Post redevelopment a new committee was elected by majority of members of society. (says 23 out of 30 elected this MC). This new committee filed a case against developers for some wrong doing which is very expressly mentioned in redevelopment agreement. Currently we are under arbitration. In arbitration when we asked for our grievances, developer said that our committee is not form properly & hence we do not have rights to asked anything on his wrong doing.
We want to know that suppose we say that our committee was not formed properly means we did not submitted the resolution to authorities that time, but this is fact that majority of members have elected us which was duly minitised in minutes book of society. Does this mean that if our committee is not form properly developer has rights to do wrong & no one has rights to ask him a question?

My name is swarna, my father has written a will on my grand father property. Now my father expired. As per the registered will whole properties belongs to my brother sons.
I want to challenge that registered will. Please let me know, will I get share in that property.

I am an NRI and bought agriculture land in India some of them in my name and some of them in my wife name.
all sources are from my salary income transferred to my NRI account and other saving accounts.
now I came to know that NRI should not invest in agriculture land in India.
how to regularize the land that I bought.
now ED is asking my property details and i did not yet submit the details.
whether I can gift this land to my relatives and friend and get it back when I become resident.
I am seeking your valuable advise from you.

My promoter says that the South Dum Dum municipality does not issue completion certificate now, instead it issues occupancy certificate in its place. Is it correct or I am being waylaid with misinformation ?

Q1) In Either or Survivor, is there any difference between the rights of first and second operator? Is there any action that the first can perform but not the second?
2) Is there any difference of the rights of operators for different banks? To be clear, I saw that UCO bank asks authorisation from all the operators to grant internet banking, mobile banking or ATM card to any operator even for Either or Survivor account. But this authorisation is not required in Union Bank of India and SBI (I personally know about these two). Any of the operator can individually apply for these facilities as the authorisation is given by default in Either-Or clause.

Clause 12. Issuance of Cards to Joint Accounts
Card will be issued to either or survivor. Primary card will be issued to the primary account holder and add-on card(s) may be issued to other joint account holder(s) after taking proper declaration.
3) If the first operator of an a/c with Either-or-survivor clause die, is there any time period to operate the a/c by the other one? Can the bank impose any restriction on operation of that a/c by second operator?
In any of the above cases, if the bank creates any illegal restriction on the rights of an operator, where to ask for the remedy first?
