Regarding rectification in registry of land.

Dear sir,

I have purchased a plot of 286(26 feet front and 11 feet depth) sq feet in U.P (GONDA District.). but by mistakes its direction changed in stamp paper of registry of plot and it is written (11 feet front and 26 feet depth.) how can it rectify and I have to pay stamp duty or not ? please reply as soon as possible.

Sunni muslim property dispute

I am from Sunni Muslim family.My family have 6000 Sq feet (6 Guntha) land in Maharashtra.This property belongs to 5 person ( my father,2 uncle and 2 aunt). My aunt is ready to give his share to my father and one of my uncle.my aunt don't want to give share to other uncle.
so is it possible to transfer my aunt's share on my father and one of my uncle name.
What is the way to transfer share?

Right of way under easement act 1882

Dear Sir,

I want to know what conditions needs to be fulfilled for any entitlement of Right of way under The Easement Act 1882.

or simply stating by witness that they use that way from past 100 years is sufficient to prove Easement?

Regarding recovery of loan by bank

Sir we had borrowed a property in 2007 with proper documentation nd also get it register in our name on mutation records. In 2010 we come to know the the person from whom v borrowed the property had taken home loan on same property way back in 2005 by equitable mortgage. In mutation records property stand clear from any loan nd we too got last 15 year non encumbrance certificate from sub registrar. Sir in may 2017 we got a legal notice from bank regarding recovery of the loan from us as the person who had taken loan is non traceable. Wht should v do in such a situation ?? Is our registry is vaild?

Right of legal heir of deceased tenant

Hello Experts,

I have situation where Tenant(Mother) deceased in 2012 leaving 3 sons in which 2 sons are co/joint tenant living is same Pagri system property in mumbai, Now 3rd son is asking for share from remaining 2 sons (his brothers) and they are not willing to give his share. so 3rd brother(son of deceased tenant) want to sue for his legal right.
Landlord is also (brother of Deceased Mother) and said property is still under name of deceased mother and remaining 2 sons, 3rd son need his share,
kindly suggest what suit he can file?

About gair mazarua land

I and my family living in land from 30/35 years ago.in this land my grandfather made a toilet and a well 30 years ago.and now a man saying us that this is my land though it is gair mazarua land and he made FAQ paper about this land and he tease us from one month and he send notice by police or by block.and he says us leave from this land.please help me what i should do
