First owner Mr. X & second co-owner Mrs. Y jointly owned flat in CHS. They had combined filed nomination form with the society by nominating their 3-daughters. The Mang. Committee of the society had accepted and recorded the said nomination in the minutes book awa nomination register. Now, second co-owner Mrs. Y expired and her 3-daughters had requested to transfer 50%of their mother's (Mrs. Y) share in flat to their names. Can we trf. in their name as their father (Mr. X) is still alive who had filed single/combined nomination form? Please advice.

Hi my name is Salim Quadri. I have my house which I am residing currently in Mumbai. But I feel that my brothers have done a fraud and taken my signature on a legal paper where in they have transferred the house from my name to his name on the share certificate. My house is in my name and my nominee is my son Daanish who is 19 yrs old. I wanted to ask that can my brothers transfer the house on their name without the signature of my son. and I have a doubt that my share certificate is only on my name and not my son's name. I am worried can you please help me on this. All the papers are with my brothers.

as i purchased a new flat from builder, he collected from me possession charges of 158000/- which included advance maintenance charges of 95000/- before giving the possession to me. the builder said that he will hand over the amount to society when society is formed and account is settled. but later when i came to stay at the flat i came to know that society was formed before giving possession to me and only account settlement with builder is remaining due to some disagreement over amount between society and builder. after one year of me getting the possession the account was settled between society and builder but amount against my flat showed negative balance. i fought out with builder to give refund of the 95000/- he took as maintenance charges and showed him all the proof of payment. after three months of constant emailing builder paid into my bank account 56000/-. now when i am asking to give my remaining 39000/- back he has stopped responding to my mail.
i want to know whether i can approach consumer court to get my 39000/- back?

Since i have posted the information anonymously earlier without knowing the rule of this platform, am reposting with my identity!
My Grandfather's property is in Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, after his death, the property was transferred to my grandmother! They have one elder son, who is my father and five sisters, the husband of last sister convinced my innocent and illiterate grandmother to transfer the entire property to his wife without the knowledge of my father who holds responsible for the property!
After this incident, my father cancelled that registration and retransferred the property to his name as family settlement and later settled the shares to all his sisters! Being a retired central government employee as deputy director he haven't earned a single piece of asset and never spent money for family, spent a lot for his pet son and spent some for his pet daughter and the last one, me, never cared and there the relationship between father n son started to break! Being a typist in state government my mother supported and i have completed MBA!
To marry a girl whom I love from my school days, caste problem raised and my father dint helped me in any situation! To sort out the caste issue, and without disturbing my mother and to achieve big, started searching and found 100% scholarship for pilot training and won it in merit!
During the initial stage of the toughest course, my girl's parents tortured her, harassed her mentally oly due to the caste issue, and they dont know about the pilot course or career! All these problems mentally disturbed me and made to quit the course for time being and marry her! We lead a peaceful life and planned to start an export unit, with proper qualification and experience, applied for subsidy loan of 50 lakhs from the government and it was sanctioned, to utilise this loan needed security and requested to my father, he dint support!
My father never earned any asset, never supported for family, his lakhs of monthly salary, his lakhs of retirement benefits and lakhs of money from sold properties no one in the family knows where it gone,� he is paying about a lakh as interest for his loans even today! To tally this secret, he is saying to all our relatives, that he spent for my pilot training course! Doubting on his activities, I have enquired with his close friend who is a lawyer and come to know that he was a gambler, then i understood where all the money would have gone!
No support for the family, no wealth creation, still paying interests for loans after retirement! Not supporting in any serious situation of mine! With my wife's only support I came back to complete the pilot course, here starts the next trouble, my flight classes which i have completed already is valid for 5 years and it is expired now, to compensate the expired flight classes, I needed 10 lakhs and explained to my aviation knowledge less father, he is not supporting!
Now I don't have any option, kindly suggest me that do i have rights in my Grandfather's property which is without any will transferred to my father's name currently, if i do, i wanted to claim it and need to complete the course n set my career and free my struggling wife! I have searched in different sites about the same issue, some answered according to hindu succession act, 1956, if the ancestral property is transferred without any will from grandfather to father, the grandson has rights to claim and some answered as no right to claim! Am planning to file a suit based on the situation explained above, kindly request the experts to guide me with your valuable knowledge!

I have booked a flat at Navi Mumbai and have paid more than 20% of the agreement value to the builder. I have registered a proper agreement for sale with the builder last month. Is it mandatory to have a sale deed with the builder after full payment?

MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED LEAVING A HOUSE WITH A WILL TO MY WIFE'S NAME IN LUCKNOW . NOW IT IS TO BE TRANSFER IN MY WIFE'S NAME. WHETHER MUTATION IS TO DONE WITH NAGAR NIGAM, AVAS VIKAS OR WITH REGISTRAR OFFICE. THE HOUSE WAS ON LEASE FROM AVAS VIKAS BUT IT IS NOW FREE HOLD WHICH WAS GOT DONE BY MY FATHER. WHETHER APPLICATION BE SUBMITTED TO ONE OF ABOVE OR WITH ALL.

respected sir,
i am in first floor, above my house one flat same size , from his bath room , toilet out let water leakage to my ceiling,
now the owner is staying some where in the local area he let out the house , the tenant saying that , this is not our problem you have to spend for repair work the owner of the property is not responding . day by day the wall and beam is getting wet more than 90 days . how to solve i am not interested to fight and legally how to claim
can we make any complaint to police station or any govt office to high light the toilet outlet water leakage problem (it will create the infection to our children's)

Dear Sirs, I have taken possession of my flat in Feb'2018. Registration is still pending and getting delayed. May please clarify the time frame for registration after registration along penalty provision, Please give reference also. Property is located in West Bengal.
