(Regarding this letter Deputy Director, Local Govt. Jalandhar had written to the Executive officer, Improvement trust the copy of that letter had been forwarded to me. The contents of the letter is Reference to the Reminder letter No. 3DDSS-2006/6926 dated 10.5.2006 regading Sub: Apeeal against Resumption of Plot No. 683 at Guru Hargobind Nagar, Phagwara.
Regarding the matter cited above in the case of Rajneesh Madhok of Nehru Nagar, st no. Railway Raod, Phagwara's complaint dated 2.4.2006. The copy of the complaint has been sent to you and you were requested to send the report in this connection by 15.5.2006. But your office has not done sent the required information up to now to this office. With this letter you are requested to send the demanded report without further delay up to 27.5.2006 to this office so that further action could be taken in this case.

I a HINDU and purchased One small house in my wife name in 1980. She died due to illhealth after 3 years from date of purchase. From her I had one daughter and Now she is married in 2001 and settled in different place ie in her husband house she is having two children. After my first wife death I married and having one daughter and one son both un married. I have transfered house khatha in my name after my first wife death. still living in the same house. I have no other property. In case my first wife daughter asks for share in small residence property what is her share? Similarly what is the share for second wife daughter and son share?. Is second wife also have share in the house property which is left out by my first wife. Give me correct picture of share to each one ie. myself, first wife dauther and second wife second wife daughter and son.

i am a graduation student.looking at the present plight of Indian farmers i feel their main cause is less area of land own by them.this limits their way of approaching things(like they cant use tractors because they don't have enough land & fund).we came up with a idea that we go to farmers and ask them to RENT their land to us..so we would collect similar lands in a area and thus have a huge amount of land with us. thus we can help them with recent technology & help increase their production...is this thing possible in present Indian laws...
Please advice, if I want to execute Lease Deed in U.P. for 3 years, the Lease Rent will be Rs.100000/- and Security Deposit amount will be Rs.300000/- what amount of stamp duty will be payable on Lease Deed for commercial property. Please also advice the percentage of stamp duty to be payable.

Mr. ‘X’ had a son Mr. ‘A’ through his first wife ‘Y’. After death of the first wife Mr. ‘X’ has a son Mr. ‘B’ and a daughter ‘C’ through his 2nd wife ‘Z’. Later on Mr. “X’’ and his 2nd wife ‘Z’ were died.
Subsequent to that ‘C’ who is daughter of the 2nd wife is unmarried and she is a government employee and died intestate and death benefits was pending before the authorities.
The said death benefits are claiming by the 2 members one is Mr. ‘A’ who is son of Mr. ‘X’ through his first wife ( Step brother of deceased ‘C’ ), second is Mr. ‘B’ who is son of Mr. ‘X’ through his 2nd wife ( Own brother of deceased ‘C’).
Now my question is who is the real successor of deceased ‘C’ for the death benefits of ‘C’. Please mention provision of law also.
