Need advice on resale flat purchase:
Flat Details:
1BHK, 3rd floor, Pune, Maharashtra, within Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) Limits
10yr old building, Stilt + 6 floors, 2 wings
Registered society, Conveyance executed from builder/developer.
Same flat number from both wings not listed on consolidated PMC building completion certificate.
Banks document scrutiny refused loan disbursement due to discrepancy in completion certificate.
Other documents of the flat are clear - property tax receipt, light/meter bill, share certificates etc.
Pls. advice on this matter -
1. What could be the reasons for the builder skipping the said flat/s from the building completion certificate?
2. Is there some way of getting a separate completion certificate for the said flat from the municipal corporation?
3. Is it worth waiting to get the completion certificate issue resolved?
4. Should I approach another bank who is willing to finance inspite of the completion certificate issue?
5. In case another bank agrees to finance this purchase, what could be the issues/consequences for me in the future given the completion certificate issue?
Thank you.

We are two brothers. Mother had a flat (Kolkata). Both father and mother are now deceased. My brother has decided to gift his portion to me out of love and affection. However my sister-in-law is not liking this. Once the gift is registered with witnesses, can it be revoked or cancelled?
For example, can my sister-in-law claim that her husband (my brother) was forced to sign the gift deed or that he was paid money by me to gift his portion although he was unwilling?

Dear Sirs,
My late father has purchased one flat in Mumbai during 1980 out of his own income and saving. He made the payment of the flat out of his own a/c for which sufficient documentary evidence is available with me.

UNAUTHORISED WATER CONNECTION BY DELHI JAL BOARD
Mrs. Sudha Sachdeva has taken an unauthorised water connection on the unauthorisedly constructed extended structure on my DDA Flat's rooftop. She has got a registered agreement to sell in the name of flat 123-D which does not exist. I complained several times to DJB but they issued a challan and not disconnected the unauthorised connection. I have complained to DJB vigilance also but of no consequence. I have already filed a police complaint and a civil suit against Sudha SAchdeva for cancellation of deed and depossession. DJB officials say that they will refer the case to their law office and they will not disconnect. I have submitted RTI proofs from DDA, MCD that no such flat exists. I have submitted proof from Sub REgistrar's office RTI that their duty is only registration and buyer should take care whether the property exists or not. Lastly I have sent a legal notice to CEO of Delhi Jal Board asking them to remove the unauthorised connection and not to regularise the same. What shall I do now to get that Water connection disconnected immediately as the water seepage is causing electricity current in my flat. Please Help. Its urgent.
