a property was purchased by the grandfather when grandson A was in existence. After few years of purchasing the property, grandson B had born. Now what are the rights of A and B in the property during lifetime of grandfather and after his death? Is the property ancestral property for both A and B? If grandfather want to sell the property, can a suit be filed on behalf of either A or B?

We have a shop taken on pagdi from the landlord. My landlord had purchased this property from someone who had illegally occupied the land belonging to someone else and sold it to my landlord and many other people in that area. My landlord pays the municipal taxes, property taxes etc.1) Does paying taxes make the landlord the legal owner of the property. 2) Should we pay the rent to the landlord if the property is acquired illegally?

My landlord is going to renew the rent agreement. But this time he has got prepared a rent agreement with so many fresh clauses, one of these clauses says that if I do not pay rent for two consecutive months,he would put lock on the rented premises to me.
Another clause of this rent agreement says that if I do not comply to the terms and conditions of that agreement,he could take back the possession from me and I would have no right to challenge him in any court of law.
He is pressurization me to get this agreement signed.
My question is,if I sign this agreement can he evict me according to two above clauses?
Family dispute on property
My friend allowed his father to withdraw money from his bank account when he was abroad via a power of attorney. Father bought properties in his own name (father's name) and my friend's mother's name citing that it would be easier to manage the property by local people. While my friend agreed to this, the agreement at the time between my friend and his parents was that when my friend eventually returns to India he will be given the properties by transfer of title. My friend does not have any supporting evidence of this agreement. He could prove that the properties were bought with money drawn from his account since these properties were paid from his bank account. Now the parents are going back on their promise and my friend wants to know if there is any legal recourse on getting control to the properties bought with his money. given that he has three other siblings who did not contribute anything towards this purchase of the properties. The parents want to retain control of the properties and do not want to give any promise or will in favor of my friend on the said properties. Is there a way my friend can obtain a stay order on the sale of such properties by the parents?.Can he sue on the family estate or file for partition where he can claim the properties bought with his money?. Please clarify
