Sir, I have a shop which I had taken on Pagdi, The owner has given me the permission to sublet the shop and inreturn wants me to pay him twice the rent. Should I go ahead?

Sir, If a Land has Been Purchased from a Individual who has owned it just By
way of Being there,whether it can be returned to the government stating the facts of the Matter.If so what is the
proceedure to do so. once it is returned
can the amount paid for the sale be claimed from the Individual or his heirs.
I am asking this as a doubt in My interest
in Law.

Sir, We are staying in a complex there are total 128 flats, but at present 30 family are staying there and only 30 family have done Registry of flat. Can we form flat owners association & is this association can be Register?

My question is whether a prospective buyer should rely on others search report. Suppose Mr X had already purchased the ground floor of a property and he had already done the search of the property for last 29 years. He had purchased the flat in April 2011. Now Mr. Y is a prospective buyer of the first floor of the house. Should Mr Y rely on Mr X search report or he should also carry out independent search?
What is copy of mutation? If the corporation tax is paid by the owner would it justify that he is the legal owner of the property?

My dad( alive ) has given a house as gift where my mom and me are the joint owners. Now my mom wants to transfer her share also to me. whereby I will be the Singe owner of that house. I have a deceased brother and his two daughters want a share in this house from my mom share. But my mom wants to give it to me only. Will there be any issue if my mom transfers her share to me as well.

In a property sale matter i came out a situation which i want to know the legal validity. The fact that the buyer of the ground floor was previously the tenant and the owner under an agreement is disposing the tenancy by selling the occupied portion of the tenant to him. The tenant got every documents properly executed save one document which pause the doubt. The owner could not produce a copy of the sanctioned plan of the house and in turn the buyer got it executed a plan of his occupation by the architect and thereafter got it sanctioned by the appropriate registration place. Is it a valid execution. Can that not a problem in absence of a getting the sanctioned plan copy of the house.
