Hi,
This is with regard to a land property which my father had purchased in 1979 totalling 50 cents from the legal heir of the property who owned 6 acres of land.Including my father, there were 14 other buyers who bought different/small parts of the whole 6 acres land from the same seller.
In 1981, the male siblings of "seller" had appealed in the district court against selling the property. The district court order was in favour of the 14 respondents.
The case was appealed in the High court subsequently where the appelant had withdrawn the case later in 2000. It later came to light that the appellant had entered into a mutual agreement with another party who registered a case regarding the same land in 2006.
Recently (a month ago) the high court has passed a decision favouring the appellant as our advocate (who was given the authority to represent all 14 respondents) did not attend any hearing)- (pls note this was not known to any respondents and they still hoped that they were being represented fairly)
Pls suggest what can be done now.
1. Can my father seperate his case (as the case is combined with 14 other people) and approach the supreme court?
2. Is there a period within which if any petition is not filed in supreme court then the case is lost for my father?
3. What is the procedure to approach the
supreme court for property related disputes?
My client want to know if he buys property in her wife name & he want that after her death only he can get the property bank - what is done power of authority from his wife can solve the problem?

class II land was given to A under Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act,1948.After the death of A his 3 children B,C,& D become the owners.C and D died leaving behind 3 minor children. B sold the said land to X with the collector permission that X cannot sell the said land without his permision and land should be used for agriculture purpose only, if use for other purpose the land will go back to the B. Now question arise whether children of C & D can claim share in that property? when the property was sold they were minors so there consent was not taken.
Can Society members in majority Pass any resolution without refereing gidelines given in bye laws? related to basic need like not to open window, can not store water for daily use? Can sociery charge penalty for the same every month & then charge interest also if not paid?

Hi,
My builder had deviated FSI and hence am not able to get my ICICI loan transferred to SBI. As per SBI technical panel FSI measured as 1.95 to 2. When i checked with builder he defended like one of the other flat owner had transferred from hDFC to Indian bank and was asking us to go for that. Can i take action against the builder for FSI deviation?
Thanks,
Vijay
Tenancy Case
what is the course taken by a tenancy case when the landlord sells his landed property to a third party and allows proper mutation in Form 1/14 in favour of purchasers??? Orginal Form 1/14 contained only names of landlord and NO tenants.
