Foreign Exchange Of Regulation Act

Dear sir,
A NRI or PIO has general permission to acquire/transfer any immovable property in India other than agricultural/plantation/farm house property, etc.
So if you want to acquire/transfer any immovable property to any Indian citizen/NRI/PIO, there is no bar to you.
With Regards,

S.S.Muthurajan

Water Leakage Problem

Respected sir,
I have purchased a flat in badlapur city and get possession in April-2010. During rainy season in July-2010 we seen leakage in bedroom and then after in hall also. I met builder and show him shooting and photographs of leakage which I have recorded. Next day he visited residence and assured that he will remove the leakage. As per promise he removed bedroom's leakage. I made several calls regarding this. But still there is leakage on all four walls as well as cealing of the hall. This year also I communicate the builder and shows photographs of the leakage. He made promise that he will remove the leakage.
Sir, pleasesuggest what I should do to overcome this matter. Can I file suit against Builder in Consumer Court or any other court?
Thanking you,
