Hi All ,

My grandmother owned a 1bhk whose nominee was my grandfather . After their death they left behind 5 Children .As it was not possible for 5 families to stay in 1BHK 1 son was allowed to stay in that flat , however the flat was not transfered on any body's name . its been like this for the past 30 years . After 30 YEARS WE WANT TO TRANFER THE SHARES OF THE FLAT ON ALL THE 5 children's name , however the son that is aldready stayin in that flat is givin an objection.

How can we transfer the Flat's ownership on all 5 chilren's name .

Also does the society have the right to transfer the ownership of the flat in the name of the son stayin there without the consent of the remaining 4 children.

Please Advice....

Amendment in hog structure - without bmc perrmission

We are 50 members Society, more then 55% memberes had ameded structure of House without BMC Permission, I had also amended my flat, I installed small 250 Ltr water tank above my loft, almost all the members of 1RK had shifted their kitchen in Passage & Converted 1RK to !BHK, Some are owing two flat they had also joint both the flats.

Society members had passed resolution to remove the water tank & Started fine of Rs 750 Per Month. Since I had not removed (obey the rule). Now when I hd taken objection for amendment in thier flats they are not passing any rules & fine for the same. Being in mejority. Since Society is now going for redevelopment they are forcing us to close the issue & make payment of fine & to remove Water Tank.

Waht is better?
to Give objection in writting? that the Commitee members are not following guidelines of Bye laws & why not to dissolve the whole committee & to hand over the Change to Registrar.

Or

to give objection in orally in AGM, as they are in majority they are not accepting thier fault, thei matter is prolongin from last 10 Years.

Also Let me know wether Society Can Charge Interest on Penalty & Interest on Interest already charged.?

The Payamnet of Penalty is not paid as we had protest for the same.

Urgent query

Dear Sir/Mam
I am an Advocate practicing in Delhi High Court but I am confused in one point that is:

X&Y are Brother and Sister. X- Brother is Married and having one child where as Y- Sister is Unmarried and was living with her father- Z. Whereas Z dies and left property and assets and cash. Now Y is clamming that she has will in her favor but where as X Says there is no such will as that will was made forcefully. So now I would like to request you that How can we challenge the and which Jurisdiction and court we should follow and X and his son can file the claim and under which section as they are Sikh in nature so do they will be coming in HUF

Note: There was previously Two brothers also but both of them got expired and after that new will was made in which Y has changed everything in her name.

I hope you guys will tell me the best possible solution
