We have gotten tempoary injunction order in our favor that defendant 1 to 6 will not interfere in our property. But all the defendant 1 to 6, including their lawyer in the case (son-in-law), using a part of our property (bathroom). However, defendants have filed an appeal in the court (upper court) aganist this tempoary order. My questions are:
1. Could police help be taken to restrict them not to interfer in our property?
2. Could contempt of court proceeding be sued aganist them (while pending their appeal), if yes, then under which section/law?
3.

I am Muslim. I stay with my mother in a pugree system flat in Mumbai.Currently Rent reciept are in my mothers name. Maharshtra Rent Control Act is Applicable. My mother wants to transfer/gift the flat in my name . My landlord is not ready to transfer Rent reciept in my name.
What are my options for transfering rent reciept in my name?
Does Muslim Personal law over rides tenancy law?

I purchased a property from a builder who was registered as a partnership firm. The partnership firm is since dissolved.
Now I have to execute a rectification deed for correction of my flat number. When contacted one of the partners of the firm who happened to execute the deed on behalf of the firm (at the time of purchase) agreed to execute the rectification deed
My question, is whether the rectification deed executed by the partner (even though the firm is dissolved) could be a valid rectification deed ?
If it is valid, are there any documentation required to be insisted upon.
If not, what is the alternative ?
Would be grateful for an early response.
Thanks in advance

Dear Professionals,
I am asking this question on my mom's behlf. The fact is my dad was never good with me ( daughter ) as well as my brother & mom.Our upbringing was also managed by mom as she was earning,my dad was never worried about us & also he is not a home sick person. He always keeps on spending money on outsiders & not bothered about our future. Now bcoz of this my mom feels insecure about accomplishment of our right as a legal heir. Can he violate our right & lend his property to anybody? What steps can we take if he does so?

Is lease agreement made with one single Co-owner of Co-ownership property is valid? If so, is it valid by taking the permission from other Co-owner in the form of an Affidavit?
Can agreement can be made with a single Co-owner by taking permission from other co-owners in the form of an Affidavit?
Kindly advise me in case of
1) Co-ownership of wife and husband
2) Co-ownership of other than wife and husband
