Dear Expert,
Our family feels to have a Settlement Agreement in the name of my Mother. My father also accepted to transfer all his owned properties to my mom's name. We need to prepare a Perfect document for it. I wish to have a Lawyer who would be helpful to complete all the formalities within the time. Im staying in Chennai , Ashok Nagar.
Could anyone help from your side for completing the documentation and Registration of the same legally.

Dear experts,
My mother is the first and legal wife of my father. My mother has 3 children (2 Sons and 1 daughter(myself)). After I born,my father had illegal relation with a lady. She has 2 Son's now. Already the second lady acquired few properties to her name from my father.
My father had a property in our native village (Dindigul, Tamilnadu) which is ancesteral origin and he gave that small property to me 2 yrs back.
The Second lady is coming to that village and telling that she and her two sons also have share to that small property.
I need to know , whether Children of illegal women will have share of my ancestors property eventhough its in my name.
Also is my father's second family is legal? Since he dint get any divorce from my mother? I like to know what the Law says about illegally marrying a lady when First wife is alive? Also we need our father.
Kindly waiting for ur reply.

Sir,
A mail hindu died in the year 1990 leaving behind 5 sons and 5 daughters. Out of 5 sons, the elder brother created a document styled as family arrangement during the life time of their father itself and got entered alone his name to all ancestral joint family properties as if the remaining brothers and sistered signed on the un registered family arrangement deed. now the remaining brothers intends to file a suit for partition against their elder brother. my question is whether an unregistered family arrangement is to be treated as partition ? whether they are entitle to get share as per amended Hindu Succession Act 2005 ? please provide if there are any citations.

Dear Experts,
My question is related to the agricultural land which was gifted with duly registered gift deed. Son of donor wants to challenge this gift as it is an ancestral property and it was made when he was minor now the technical part of the transaction is that in deed no particular land (description of gifted land) was mentioned only total area of gifted land was mention. Can now (after 20 year of gift) it can be questioned in Court for declaring the particular numbers of land to be gifted?

I would like to understand regarding the Mutation (which is also called Dhakila Kharij). It is called 7/12 in Maharashtra.
I bought an agricultural land in Maharashtra and executed the sale deed with the seller. But, the seller have not yet do the mutuation i.e. 7/12.
He is demanding for more money.
What are the option before me now. Who is the owner of the property now: me or seller ??
1) whether land purchased in the name of minor son (say mr X) by father out of his (fathers)income is benami transaction ?
2) on attaining majority of Mr. X who will be the real owner, as the property was purchased out of fathers income ?
3) can other brothers of mr. X claim their right on the same land as it was purchased by their father when Mr. X was minor, now he is major. ?
