THE DARGAH HAS REGISTRY AND MAP PASSED FROM THE GOVT. IN YEAR 1920 NOW IN PAST FEW YEARS THE GOVT. HAS STARTED THE MASTER PLAN IN JABALPUR IN WHICH THE ROADS ARE BECOMING WIDER THE GOVT. HAS BROKEN ALL THE RELIGIOUS PLACES WHICH DOESN'T HAVE REGISTRY OR OWNERSHIP BUT THE DARGAH KHANKAH NIZAMIYA HAVE REGISTRY AND MAP PASSED.BUT THE GOVT. WANTS THE LAND OF THE DARGAH ALSO BUT WE DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE IT TO GOVT. BECAUSE THERE IS NO ENCROACHMENT FROM US.
WE HAVE FILED A PETITION IN THE HIGH COURT OF M.P. AND THE CHIEF JUSTIS HAS GIVEN A STAY ORDER TO THE DARGAH IN 2006. NOW IN JULY 2011 THE CASE RE-OPEN AND THE JUSTIS HAS GIVEN ORDER TO THE COMMISSIONER OF MUNICIPAL CORPORATION JABALPUR AND MUTAWALLI OF DARGAH TO DO COMPROMISE FOR THE DARGAH PLACE. BUT WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANY TYPE OF COMPROMISE.BECAUSE ACCORDING TO MUSLIM LAW THERE IS A DARGAH WHICH CAN NOT BE SHIFTED. IN THE HIGH COURT IF WE SAY THAT WE DIDN'T WANT TO DO ANY TYPE OF COMPROMISE THAN WHAT DECISION JUSTICE WILL GIVE ACCORDING TO YOU.AND WILL THE HIGH COURT GIVE US TIME TO FILE A PETITION IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.
WE HAVE TO APPEAR IN THE HIGH COURT ON 09/09/2011. SO PLEASE GIVE A SUGGESTION WHAT TO DO IN THIS MATTER.PLEASE REPLY FAST.

We as HUF co-parceners had purchased a property few months back where 2 out 4 partners are not very keen in the property and want to give up their rights.can we delete the names of the 2 partners from the sale deed by performing a correction deed and get it registered without paying stamp duty.

Dear team,
I have a query regarding property sale. I am in process of selling my home. My buyer had paid me part payment and will be making rest of the payment in next week or so. He is however saying the registration of the property, he wants to be done after a month. And for the time being he will keep the original papers with him.
I want to know if its perfectly ok to handover the originals, even though he has made the full payment. Please guide me if the transfer of ownership can be done after a month in such a scenario and also pls inform me what things I need to do or what are the legal documents which I need to obtain from the buyer in this case.
Regards/ravi kumar

Hi,
My Grandfather had nominated my father as a Single Nominee of his Residencial Flat and also made him an associate member of the Hsg. Soc., while he was still alive. After his demise a month ago my father approched the society and submitted an application along with the copy of death certifcate to transfer the shares in his name. The Society is not ready to do transfer and gives an explaination (verbal) that the other 2 brothers of my father have objected the same.
Please advise on the course of action that can be taken against the society to transfer the shares in the name of my father.
Fixed assets
In our society an electronic system called "Autopump System" is installed and its cost is shown in FIXED ASSETS of our accounting. At the same time the cost of this 'Autopump system' is not shown in expenses.
This equipment's warranty & guarantee was only for one year.
Is this Accounting system correct?
