Respected Sir,
I have purchase a house in last economic year and got complete legal paper on 29th of march this year with full payment through loan to builder.
Now builder is asking me to pay 58000 RS/- as a Service tax on my house. He got completion certificate on all houses at 31st march as he told us.
So kindly guide me who is liable to pay the service tax.
Builder has not clarified about service tax in legal document and also not intimated us in advance. Our whole society is facing problem now in this matter.
PLEASE HELP US.

I reside in a small village in Chhattisgarh State. My uncle (elder brother of my father) and my father were using ancestral property of 2000 square feet for growing vegetables located nearby my village. My uncle died in the year 1996. Recently, I came to know that "PATTA" had been issued which bears the name of my Uncle for the ancestral property (land 2000 sq.feet). I was shocked to hear this. Should I contact the Patwari or file a suit in the Court for claiming the ancestral property ? Please provide me valuable information regarding this matter.

Whether individual/company can purchase the agricultural land for non agricultural purpose without taking prior N.A. permission, by simply paying n.a. stamp duty. Or whether the permission u/sec.63 of B.T.A.L. Act is required.
Deed of gift .
sir,
my gift state that a market value of 9lakh but actual it is about 45lakh.
as well as the detail of my property ie i have 3 storied building,is not written in the gift .only area of the land on which the building is present is written in the gift.
the gift deed is immoveable property which is already registered for about 4 month but mutation is not done.
how to correct the structural details & market value of the gift?
