Before 10 days, we have signed the registred banakhat. The terms of the Banakhat is One and Half year. Due to some family dispute / problems, we want to cancel the same. We do not have copy of the same. We do not deposit the cheques in bank, which received against the Banakhat.
Please advise,
Can it be cancelled? if yes, than what will be the procedure?
Thanks

My father has registered his property of 3 acres to his friend which has come from his grandfather without the knowledge of my mother and children who were minors then, Now all of us are majors and when my mother wants to sell this property we came to know that my father has registered this to his friends family and they have not informed my mother even after 20 years and she was under the impression that this property belongs to us.
Can we file a suit in the court of law because my mother has not signed since she is daughter-in-law and we children are all majors now. Will it be of some use or not or should we keep quite because my father has registered this property to them.
Please advice should we proeed legal since the property is still vacant and being family firedns for more than 43 years even a single day it has not come to my mothers notice that the property has been registered in his friends name were has the freind has died and their children claim it is their property what should we do now.

Dear sir/madam,
My mother has entered an agreement for sale of our land on 3/05/2011 in Rs.20 stamp paper for a period of 100 days.
We have also given an extra time period of 50 days. still the purchaser is unable to Settle the balance amount.
The purchaser has given us 1/6th of total value of purchase amount as advance and also mentioned as within 100 days the purchaser is unable to settle the balance amount then he will lose a part of amount in advance amount given by him and also the agreement will be cancelled after the 100 days period.
Still the purchaser is not able to settle the balance amount and asking for an extra time period.
so kindly provide us the details to make the agreement legally cancelled.
With regards
Ashok Kumar K

Selling a flat when the society has formed but the conveyance is yet to happen!
I have a flat in Navi Mumbai. The Society has been registered but the conveyance is still pending.
Now, is it true that the builder has to give his no objection and we have to give him the transfer charges + we have to also give the transfer charges to the society.
Moreover, if the buyer has to apply for Housing loan would there be a problem for him since the conveyance is not done?
We also understand that the Government body/authority CIDCO can give a letter which is sufficient for banks to issue the loan!
Please advise!
