Dear Experts,
Couple of months back I have taken a open land property on behalf of my name. At the time of registration, every one in their home (who sold this property to me) signed in sale deed (4 majors, 1 Minor).
Last week I have applied for a bank loan to construct a house in that property. The bank sanctioned the required amount but with one condition i.e. they are asking permission from court because of one minor had signed in that sale deed.
We didn't know this process at the time of registration. So, could someone please advice me on this process.
Thanks in Advance

Dear Experts,
My father passed away and had writen a will mentioning that all the property should enjoy only (Not Transferable or can not be sale) by my mother and after my mother all the cash and property should belong me.
I have 3 sisters and I am the youngest.
The will is Witnessed by Two of my father's friends, but it not registered.
Now I need to know.
1. The Two of the Witnesses are also Very old. if they also passes away how do present them, if any of my sisters challenges on the court?
2. Since my father is not registered, who can register the will now?
3. Do i need to take those two witness also while doing registration?
Please let me know what is the legal steps that i need to ensure property belongs to me as per my father will after my mother.
Thanks

Sir, We a ancestral house jointly owned by my father to the extent of 50% and my uncle's family for the rest. We want partition of the property on the lines of a informal family settlement that took place 24 years ago. But my cousins are not agreeing. So, Please tell me the procedure of partition through court and also the court fees to be paid in ASSAM. I heard that there is concessional rate of court fees for such cases.

sir,
we have a double storied building where we are selling the ground floor.Adjuscent to the ground floor is a small vacant land withing our property boundary. Now the lawyer of the prospective buyer told us that this land will be common to both the buyer and seller. But the buyer wants to construct some portion on the said common land.My question is whether we should give permission to the buyer for construction or he does not have any right to construct?we will be selling our first floor after the ground floor. Will I face any difficulty during the sell of first floor due to the construction in common land by the buyer in future?

Hello ,
I 've purchased land from 15 different owners for development under Thane Municipal Corp. kindly, can you guide me how I can amalgamate the land, for development, so that I can have a single layout. Also , this would be beneficial to me as I could use the FSI of one plot on another plot.
Also, if possible can you, provide me a legal draft for land Amalgamation under Thane Municipal Corp. and if not, any other Corp. in Maharashtra or even India.
