My mother passed away intestate. After her demise a piece of land that she had booked with a Rajasthan government agency several years ago, was allotted to her.
Though she has several legal heirs, we would like the plot to be transferred to a single name. Rest of the heirs are prepared to sign Relinquishment deeds. Apparently, these need to be registered.
Sub Registrar's office in New Delhi has told me that they would register Relinquishment Deed only in respect of properties located in Delhi/New Delhi - this being a Book 1 document.
In this case, the heirs live in Delhi, Rajasthan and Maharashtra.
How does one go about sorting the whole issue out.

Dear Sir,
We have purchased aggricultural land in Thane mahanagarpalika area in 1991 with Kharedikhat. But due to death of landlord we made one sided registration (Ghoshanapatra)of Kharedikhat in 2010.No other nomeenies are mentioned in 7-12 extract till date.
1)Is there any possibility of landlord's children will make problem due to one sided registration (Ghoshanapatra)of Kharedikhat??
If yes what is the remedy?

Hello friends,
I an doctorate and have my own proprietary as well as pvt Ltd companies working in the filed of agriculture research, manufacturing and organic certification. I am planning to buy around one acre land near pune (30km away). Said property comes uner agriculture zone. can I build my lab, office or manufacturing unit on said land? My father was farmer and his name reflects in 7/12extract.
Please advise ......
Can the ownership of this property be challenged?
One Mr. Santosh was exclusive owner of a property, He had 3 sons and 3 daughters. After his death, All his 3 sons got the lease Deed registered from Land Development Office Delhi in their name somehow, without taking any NOC from his 3 daughters, in 1973.
Now out of those 3 sons and 3 daughters, none is alive.
Now there are 20 legal enlarge of these 3 sons. These 20 people wanna sell this property.
Can the ownership of this property be challenged because no NOC has been taken from the 3 daughter of Mr. Santosh in the very first place?
Did daughters had some right in the property of their father in 1973 ?
Can the legal heir of these 3 daughters ask their share in this property now ?
