I have brought a terrace in GK1 and the building has GR/FIRST?SECOND floor constructed and occupied. i have purchased the terrace from the owner who is living at the SECOND FLOOR of the building.
I am not owning any FLOORs in the building but can i have a CAR parking right in the driveway of the buildingc since i own a terrace now?

I am one of legal heirs of ancestral property which is registered as agricultural property in state of Karnataka. I would like to know if such property can be sold? If so, please advise how to proceed.

Dear all experts
My property is in gujarat.I wish to give my house as a leave & licence.The person A who wish to stay as a licensee is a employee of B company.The licence fee & deposite will be paid by B company directly to me(behalf of his employee).
I am only intrested to prepare leave & licence agreement with particular person(here A) rather than company(here B).Becasue I beleave that it is better to solve problem with person rather than company.Also during the licence period one family will stay in my house.
My question is that can I preapre leave and licence agreement on a name of a A person and not a name of company B?Can I add clause in the aggrement "Actual licensee is A but payment will made by company-B behalf of his employee A.(Or any appropiate clasue suggest by you)
Is advisable for me to prepare agreement above way?

Hi, My mother has a 200 Sq.Yard land at hyderabad. it has been registered to her in 2002 april. prior to that it was in bank under hypothecation for loan which was cleared in 2002 and after that the land was registered under her name. now we have started construction in the land and when we approached the bank for loan they are asking for link documents which the bank did not return back. when we approached the bank for the document as is the custom they are clueless. as there has been a lot of change in the system and the softwares they are not in a position to find the documents. earlier when my mother was after them for the release of the documents they were making her move around and after a couple of years she was also vexed and stopped moving around. What is the way out for us to get loan based on this. Kindly guide us.

when the Self purchased property is transferred to son other than inheritance like given by the court decree and release deed.whether the said property becomes the self acquired property in hands of son?

Dear Sir,
Please help me as one of my friends owe 2 BHK flat in Mhada colony and he had done rennovation work in his flat before the formation of Society and had extended the Window Frame wall ahead to get storage space below the window (like flower Bed). This was done before the society formation. Now he is residing in his flat and just in the Socity AGM, he was informed to break the wall and restore it back, but breaking the walls and will again cause problems. Request you to kindly advice me how to go forward. Most of the Mhada Residents have extended walls in most of MHADA Colonies.

hi all,
my mother B purchased agricutural land from y.y is a widow got property after her husband death,y has 6kids s1,s2,s3,s4,d1,and d2.while purchasing y and her s1-s4 kids signed in the deed.now her d1 and d2 has filed a parrtition case agaist B.
during the registration time we asked for d1,d2 sign for the deed since they got married before 1980 people in the sub registrar office said their sign is not mandatory.
wat is the soltn for this case, even the person B is also widow.
