Please guide whether property belongs to huf can be mortgaged for the credit limits allowed to Pvt Ltd Company:-
1. where karta is Director.
2. Where Karta is not director and Guarantor.

A will was probated in Singapore. The will covers some shares in a demat account in india. The DP wants the authority of an indian court? What course of action is to be adopted to give effect to the will in respect of the shares held in demat accout in India.? Would our experts please guide"

SIR I bought a property in public auction conducted by canara bank in the year 2010.I have been issued sale certificate on full payment. When I asked the bank for transfer of property in my name by way of sale deed they told me that the borrower had given 3 items of properties by way of collateral and two of them have been sold (including the one I bought) and one more item remains unsold . They assured that if all the three items are sold they will issue sale deed.They are trying to sell the property through auction but every time the auction gets stalled due to want of bidders.It has been two and half years since I bought this property and I am being given the same excuse all the time . My query is whether bank would be in a position to give sale deed even after selling that particular asset or not because when I shouted at them for not issuing sale deed one of the chief manager spoke to me in a very casual manner saying that once sale certificate is issued it marks the end of sale and what they have assured is not an obligation but out of personal interest. How much time does bank take to issue sale deed to the auction purchaser?

hi am sujay , our grand parents stay from last 65 years , after that 2 brothers were staying in that pagdi system flat , my father is paying the rent from last 25 years & through chq , but the rent recipt we recive in name of v s s... which is my gradfathers name , my fathers initials & my uncles initials r same , but electricity bill is in my fathers name & we have valid ration card , now the problem is that my uncle & son has now moved out of our place for last 5 years they stay some where else , now they r asking for money or they want to come back to our place or they say that they wil send us notice through court , i want to ask u that is it possible that the can come back & stay with us again is there any law that they cant come back , how can we stop them leagaly pls reply

We are living in a house for last 25 years which was in the name of uncle and father. After uncle's death in 2003, in october 2011, we entered into an exchange agreement with uncles son and wife, where uncles son got a godown in exchange of the house property. And, we also, entered into a exchange agreement for a row house for a flat. The possession of the row house, was taken by the son. Uncles, son has also taken possession of the godown forcibly. Also, the son is now with an intention to cheat, and are not vacating the floor after studying the agreement. We are in possession of the other 2 floors and ground floor. They are bactracking on promises a number of times of vacating the house, but are not doing so. They have been verbally abusing us many number of times along with our neighbours who are so called powerful, when asked to talk or vacate the house property.Can we ask the court to get the property vacated. Also, can we file a suit for declaration and possession on the house property and godown and row house, as we have received no consideration for any property.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased residential flat in Sept 2011. The builder was supposed to give possession in Nov/Dec 2011 but since due building was not complete the possession was delayed. Now finally i will be getting possession this month i.e Jan 2012.
The builder has informed me to pay 2.575 % of agreement value as Service Tax. Am i liable to pay service tax now...?
Also, what proof i should ask from the builder towards payment of this tax to concerned department. The builder will be issuing me a receipt of this service tax payment.
I have also done payment of 1% VAT on agreement value. What proof should i ask from the builder for this too apart from the receipt issued by the builder.
Pls. guide me on this.

suit was filed on grounds of non payment of rent and subletting. sub tenants filed case against us seeking injuction to stay. their application was dismissed by court within 3months on our showing proof of their making rent payment to tenant.sub tenant after dismissal of their applicationvacated the portion they were using. tenantwas not making payment of rent to us. our suit against tenant is lingering on for the last 12months for want of tenant reply judge is giving him long adjournments after levying minor financial penality and saying this is last opportunity.we have proof he was receiving rent from sublette and was not paying rent to us. sub lette has handed over possession to us.suit filed by us is not being dealt properly.tenant has not paid rent even after suit was filed

What is the document or evidence to check from a son who is in possesing of his father's property .His Father died in 2006.
He claims to be only son, but trust. I heard that other children's name can be seen in Ration Card.
