Society registration

The builder has registered the society. Now at the first general meeting the builder has also elected the managing committee.

At this general meetging, there was no proper quorm..as there were only 8 Members present. Out of the 8 only 2 were entitled to serve as
any executives of the Society... the rest are yet to be formally accepted as Members.

Is this committee legal / Valid? What should have been the actual procedure?

Kindly reply.

Share of daughter in father's property after parents death. f

We are punjabi hindus. We are 3 sisters and one brother. After my mother's death 5 years ago (2006)we all siblings had signed on a paper to transfer all the property to my father's name as we couldn't oppose him and he made promise to us (we 3 sisters) give us our share back. Then he converted his commercial workplace into Dharam-shala but the work is going on as it was running previously. Now recently my father died(2011) and my brother says that he and my father were trusty of the property and after his death no one can claim on the property as now he is the only trustee though he says that no Property Will is there. We are confuse now. So my questions are:
(1) Can we sisters say that the share which we transferred to our father's name ,we want that back (as a person can change his will many times)because our father couldn't keep his verbal promise .

(2)that if 1 trustee is left out of two can't we ask for our right in property?

(3)What is the time limit to claim in property for my share as my sisters got some deal from my brother without my knowledge
(4)How much time this case will take in court as my siblings frequently telling me to go to court for getting my share?

Please advice ASAP.

Transfer of title of a house

This case belongs to a house property which was a separate property of A. It was distributed in his 2 sons equally through a registered will. The elder son of A ie B has died intestate leaving his one son & 2 daughters behind. B's wife has also died. later, the elder daughter of B has asked for a share of the property which has already been given without any paper work. Please note that all the children of B are married.
My query is:-
1) what is the paper work required to be done to get a clearance from B's elder daughter?
2) what are the formalities required for change of title of such house property to the A's Grandson as still its on A's name on the papers?
3) what is the best way to get clearance from B's second daughter?
4) Is there any duty to be paid to the government for such a transfer?

Tenants not vacating

I have filed a suit against my tenant as he is not vacating even after a year and half of completion of his lease period.

Every time he do not appear in front of the court and every time we get new date for hearing. I have also paid 74000 as a penalty as I have to produce the leave agreement which is made on 100 rs stamp paper as an evidence.

What so we do, i am in great distress and even my lawyer is not doing anything to speed up the process. I am very much ignorant to all the court practice.

I need this house for my parents who are old now and no immedate medical help is around i needed.

Now this case is in court for more then a year and nothing is happening.

Could you please help me.

Thanks
