Respected Sir/Madam,
Subject: The regarding Land Grabbing.
1)I am the Power of Attorney Agent for my Aunty Who is at America .
My Aunty purchased the property of the land being a vacant land at 1985 and she enjoyed the property as absolute owner of the property from the date of purchase
2)In the afore said property there was a alleged general power of attorney has fraudulently executed by one XXXX from My Aunty which signature is not belongs to her was registered as power of attorney document with forgery signature 2002 sub-register office ,
The above said alleged general power of attorney document is prepared and presented before the Sub-Registrar without knowledge of My Aunty because at the time of execution she was not at (India) . Actually , during 1995 she gone to abroad along with her family members, She never return to India . She had proof of passport to establish her arrival and departure to India – America traveled by her.
3) My Aunty has not executed any said property
a) The alleged power Agent executed with her false address ,(through She was not in the place, as registered she was virtually in America ) the sale deed under Document No:aaa of 2002 at Sub-Registrar office, to and in favour of PERSON A, who was at abroad was represented by his Power Agent PERSON B
4)The second sale deed registered at 2006 at Sub-registrar office y ,The alleged sale deed was mention as drafted by My Aunty
The alleged Sale Deed was mentioned as drafted by My Aunty and it was not executed to Person C as per the alleged Sale deed . Actually the said My Aunty on that date she was not at all stayed in India ,for Which ,She had all documentary Evidences.
5)As Stated alone My Aunty had not entered into any sort of sale transaction with any one of the parties stated alone, the alleged Sale deed Documents are highly impossible and prepared with forged teansaction which is null and void. In fact the owner of the property namely My Aunty ,decided to develop her property and hence she instruct her power of attorney i.e myself to apply for encumbrance certificate for her property to develop the vacant land into alternative prospect to settle at india. After obtaining the E.C . only we came to know about the land Grabbing by the Persons stated hereunder.
6) My Aunty came to India . on 2001 and same year subsequently she had returned to abroad and she becomes American citizen from 2003 . She had documentary proof, namely passport ,her pay slip ,electricity and gas particulars etc at abroad . After 2001 this she had never returned to India after the above said trip .
Hence all the alleged registered document namely General Power of Attorney at 2002 ,sale deed dated 2002 and 2006 are fabricated with false address and signatures other particulars as if the My Aunty has prepared and executed the alleged deed.
7)In order to strengenth the alleged sale deed the PERSON A represented by his Power Agent PERSON B instituted a suit in O.S.No ---- of 2006 before the 4th Additional Court against My Aunty and obtained Exparte order date 2006 which will not bind on the My Aunty , because he gave false address, in order to obtain favourable orders. She aforesaid order was registered as document at Sub-registrar an office
.
8)My Aunty has got certificate of immigration, passport ,Gas Connnection and Electricity Bills at America stands in the name of My Aunty ,Her Salary details at America etc shows she was not present at India ,When the two alleged sale Deeds are executed and registered as documents.
Please give what i want to do next

registration of flat in amnesty scheme 2008 in mumbai. If "A" (Husband)is the owner of flat in mumbai & died with a nomination "B"(wife), (Stamp duty is paid in the name of "A" in amnesty scheme 2008) as the society did not complete the nomination process, but due to health problems she "B" cannot go to registration office & register her flat docs. Also it is one sided registration so can she now give power of attorney to her son to register on her behalf & what r the docs required for the same.

The question is as follows:
Sudhir has purchased a flat from Key builder at Bhayender. He has done all the formalites, such as registration, paying stamp duty, electicity and water connection. After six month he recieved the notice from the corporation that the said building is illegally constructed and hence vacate it within week, as corporation going to demolish it. Sudhir immediately filed a writ petition before high court, contending that if the state has provided everything to the builiding then now how they can declare the building illegal?

Greetings Sir,
Recently, after seen an ad online,, i approached the company (advertiser), to buy the land, which the said company is selling;
Details highlighted by the sales guy were as follows:
> Land is agricultural.
> they are selling 1 Acre, on emi bases,
> down payment, and balance interest free EMI,, but in form of SIP for 59 months. (is this mode of payment secure for me legally)
> they are saying within the span of 3 years this said land will be converted by the government to NA (is this possible?).
> or else they will approach the authority for the proposed township, as the overall area is 600 acres.
> End of 5th year the land would have completed the NA process, hence I would be eligible owner of the said land, by then..
> Please guide me on how to proceed or should I exit the prospective..
>> the said property is in Maharashtra,in radius of 150 Km of Mumbai and Pune.. and lots of Infrastructure are coming in the radius of 10 Km from the said project, and also commits very high potential rate growth,,

The dispute is between Three Hindu brothers regarding an ancestral property. The elder brother living in a separately own house and both the younger brothers are currently living in the property with their families. The plot on which the property is built is solely in the name of the elder brother. The house was built by their parents using the funds from their old house and their own earnings. Their father and mother is no longer alive,
The elder brother is currently in the process of selling the house. He is also however, demanding that the younger brothers to move out of the ancestral house with his family as he wishes to sell it.
1. If the plot on which the property is built is solely in the name of one brother, do the other siblings still have a right to claim a share in the house?
2. Is it possible to protect the house from selling..?

Dilemma in disposing off a self acquired property
Respected Experts,
Would like to find safest course to transfer a self acquired property of mother to one of the sons to avoid legal challenges in future, following details are the facts and circumstances of the case;
Two brothers are not in good terms with each other, both parents are senior most citizens, elder son presently looking after them, mother went through brain hemorrhage couple of years back, at present she is conscious and quite good at responses towards to all her daily routines.
Both the parents do wish to transfer their self acquired property to elder son, and also would like to ensure no legal challenges could bring successful litigation to younger son.
Hence what could be the best mode of transaction of property as per their want and wish? Is it through a way of Will or Gift else direct transfer for consideration to elder son? Kindly suggest an appropriate path of course.
Thanking you with all Dear Experts.
