Hello Sir,
My father had 4 sons A, B, C and D. ( I am D here in this case.)
A and C stayed in village and B $ D stayed in city as a tenants whose property was in name of my father. In 1987, the landlord sold the land to builder for redevelopment and thus when the new agreement was made my father made B & D as joint owner for the flat in this new building and A &C were handed properties in the village. Now B is a bachelor and stays with D and his family.
1. If B doesn't have any will, what will happen to the property after him. Will it get distributed in all three brothers A,C,D? or D will inherit the property from B?
2. Please be noted that C has his name in the city ration card where B and D resides. Does this has any relevance?
Please advise.

sir , I was adopted at the age of 2 years by my maasi and mausa without any paperwork. After my marriage tension started brewing at home, sometimes turned into not on talking terms for days. I was barred from going to shop and denied any money. Then one day I came to know that after 30 years of my age my father (mausa) debarred me from everything (property was made by him) before dying. Before death he also registered the debarred papers. Me and mausi were not in talking terms and she filed a suit against me which was decreed. she never filed suit for possession of property against me. but before death she wrote a will on a plane paper that all the property to be transferred in one of the persons name who is also a relative of mausi. Now that relative has filed suit against me. My query is that what rights I have as adopted son as now I don't have right on my bilogical parents property . please guide.

Can I file execution petition.
It is decreed that the plaintiffs are the owner of the plaint “A” schedule properties and they are entitled for the possession of the same after the life or saramma(my grand mother) or her remarriage which ever is earlier.

Dear Learned fellow professionals,
I had bought a flat in 2010 in resale, which was allotted to the original allottee in year 1990.
Now recently GDA had send show cause notice for cancellation of the same because there was violation of 1 condition mentioned in the application that allottee should not have any other property of GDA.
Whether GDA is justified in taking such action after lapse of 25 years & that too when the original allottee is nowhere in picture?

I have got an agreement to sale registered at Nashik Maharashtra in rhe name of my wife in Jan 2014. But now I came to know that to be elegible for staff concession in housing loan I must be the property holder either singly or jointly. Sale deed is not drawn yet. Is there any provisions in law for amendment or supplementary deed to that agreement to sale so that my name can be added to that as a co owner. Builder is ready and my wife is also ready. Construction is also completed. Please guide with references to acts as builder's lawyer says it cannot be done. But it can be done (refer The Economic Times 13 Feb 2012 issue column- should you add a co owner to your property). Please inform what additional stamp duty or registration charges are payable.

Dear experts, please advice me on following doubts :
1)When Son, Grandson and Great grandson acquiring rights over property? And when Class I legal heirs acquire the right over the property ? - What’s the difference between these two concepts?
(2)As per my understanding if three generation formed , it will gives right over property, if so, Father dies leaving behind his ancestral property by leaving behind son and grandson only, then, how property rights devolve?
(3)What about rights of fourth or fifth generation ?
Stay on property
Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Day!!!
I am into some tension when i came to know that my plot which was allotted to me in 2009 by yamuna expressway authority is in STAY.
As you might be aware of the whole instance of the yamunaexpressway authority plots, many of the plots are in high court "Stay" status.
Please advise the implications of the STAY and also the actionable, if any, required from my side.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks
