Dear Sir,
I would like to bring it to your notice, I belong to a Hindu family in chennai aged 42 years working in Private firm as a interior designer. I got married ( love marriage) in 2011, my wife from Andhra Pradesh. We have 8 month old baby boy.
My Parents were belong to chennai and we had a property in chennai. I have one younger sister well settled in abroad. We are broken due to financial status. Chennai was basically from my grandfather sister who had given the property to my grandfather only because he married his sister daughter ( my late grandmother), after some misunderstanding my grand parents were separated and not divorced. He had conflicts with my grandmother in giving her mother property to her. later after the court case, my grandmother got the property. after some years she gave it as a gift to her daughter ( my mother).
My parents are love marriage and my father is an engineer. Three years before my mother had sold the property without me and my sister concern and living very luxurious life. My mother had not given any money to both of us. Do I have any rights to claim the money or property or file case against it? Please do not mistake me for mailing this statement. (I don't like my own parents and sister cheating me)
My father have his own residential villa property in tamilnadu. My sister is behind like a shadow for that property. She had changed totally to attain the property or cash from my parents for her daughters.
My parents does not care about me, my wife and my baby boy. I feel very bad. I am not financially sound. Till now, they have not come to see my new born baby boy. Its paining me and my wife. I am not behind my parents property or cash.
My query is that does my son has any rights to enjoy or entitle or acquire the grand father assets? If so, how to apply and if not then why?
At least he should not be cheated like me!!!
I humbly request you to reply to my query at the earliest.

What happens if the owner of a tenanted property sells his/her property by giving false details on the sale deed.
False details are:
1. The present owner (X) is the wife of the original owner(Y). In the Form I & IV the name of the original owner(Y) and his sister(Z) is present. The surnames of the original owner(Y) and his sister(Z), who are both dead, being the same, the present owner(X) being the wife of (Y) states that she and the sister are one and the same person. That her "first name" alias the sisters "first name" and than the common surname are the same person.
2. The property is being occupied by the tenant for the last 50 years. So the tenant has got the electricity bill and the water bill in her name. On the sale deed it is mentioned that the owner is in absolute possession of the premises and she will transfer the above bills in the name of the new purchaser.
3. The NOC for nil eccumbrance has been submitted after one year, one month and registered around the same time after the sale date and transaction date and the stamp paper date. Is this valid?
Kindly advice.

There is a kothie with 4 floors
All have its own owner. I am the owner of 1st floor. One day, the owner of ground floor came and ask for other floors in kothie to be purchased. We agreed. He and his friend subhash yadav (builder) and tarun juneja (builder) came and tell us to make and purchase it. they give us the amt of 2lks as token money. they said to me that they will give me the byana after 1week and they hve given the byana to the top floor owner. As the owner of top floor was in hurry to sell as his father was not able to cope up with arangment as he lives on top floor and the he was not so fit, so on behalf of mitual understanding of subhash, tarun and ground floor owner he sells out side the floor to another person.
In one meeting, i and new owner and the ground floor owner agreed to to make it again and repair the whole kothie with the builder as mentioned above, are the men of ground floor owner. We agreed to give making amt. Of the kothie. But now the owner of ground fl. Started new themes, and led to delayed the repairment of the kothie by not leaving the floor.
After one year when he agreed to come out but on some certain conditions that he should be paid max. 2 years rent as we have our own home and he didnt, by mitual understanding we agreed let him rent till 2 years just five house far from our khothie. He started more new queries and mke this case more complicative and unsolving. As being his builder we forced them to mke the kothie but they denied as they say that he want to make his floor at rs. 0cost or free. He denied to pay the amt. For making the floor. I agreed to pay the amt. And other also, exept him.
Yesterday, he sent a notice from the court writtne on that we are herrasing him and want to sell/donte the whole kothie including his floor. He also written that without asking him we have sell the top floor.
Also written that we are with the builders.
But the truth is we didnt now the builder as mentioned they are his men.
Sir now i want to shift, and they havnt made it till yet. Sir i have taken loan on it and since 2years i am paying its interest qith no means.
I am agreed to accept all the demands but still every day they are making new excuses and now he has send us the notice.
Sir pls tell what should i do.

Dear Lawyers,
My father is owner of property. We are 5 siblings. Land partition done in year 1991. But not yet registered. So, in year 2007, father got loan in SBI for 6 lacs by mortgaging land documents.Father expired 2013. So, everyone's property is there in bank in different percentage.
Example :
___________________________________________
Siblings |%of land in SBI| % of loan amount
_________|_______________|_________________
A's % | 30% |- 30%
B's % | 35% - | 35%
D's % | 35% - |35%
Here, who will pay the loan amount to SBI? This is a big question.
So, is there any way to file a case to all of us by my mother that everyone should pay this much % of loan amount based on % of land in SBI?
Or
Is it possible that anyone of among us file a case on other siblings to pay the loan amount?
Or
If I inform to bank Manager with this proportionality idea, will he accept and proceed further according to that?
I am thinking how to resolve this.
Kindly reply valuable suggestions.
Thanks.
Thiru.

Hello Sir,
My name is sundeep Chandra. My query is as under:
My father, who was the owner of the property, expired in 1994. After that me and my two sisters (one of them were married at that time) decided to transfer the property in the name of my mother. We went to Authority at Janakpuri and made all the papers . Unfortunately, an error was made in the deed i.e. the name of my elder brother – in – law and his relationship with my father printed as Pankaj Chandra, SON instead of his actual name Pankaj Sain, who is actually son-in-law.
Sir, my queries are:
1. What was the role of my brother-in-law at that time? What is his role now? Do we need to have an NOC from him also?
2. What is the procedure for rectifying the same?
Thanks. Best regards.
