bankofficersservicregulatns

respected sir, i would like to bring to your notice that one of my friends was working in a nationalised bank and was convicted by lower court on the basis of corrupation charges by the lower court and he went for appeal to high court and acqitted after ten years inclusive period of suspension of three years. the bank inducted him into service and orders are given that the employee is not eligible for back wages applying the application of nowork no pay. though the employee interested to work but bank did not allow him towork and dismissed him. now, the point is that no work no pay will apply only inthe case of strikes, loss of pay and others as per my knowledge, but \in this case, thisis not applicabl. i have advised my friend to represent for thesame. shall he get backwages as per eligibility and if so what is the proceedure to be followed and is there anytime limition for represeting. he got substitae allowances for3 years from the date of suspension and after dismissal he did not receive a single pie. as you are greatpesoality and well versed with the banking services and regulations, kinly help him toget back wages. thanks and regards

IPR's

There is a company in USA which is having a portal by the name of e.g. say www.12345.com .this company is into business of sell n buy something like ebay but only for music products.Say people come on this website and sell there music products and this company takes commission. Now we have registered the portal by the name www.12345.in and also registered the trademark and private limited company
but the purpose of our company is selling music products itself. We are not working like them where people come and sell n buy.On our website we are the sellers and we are selling our own and the main thing is that our company selling is restricted in india only and we are not selling n shipping outside india and the US company has no working operations in india till now.

Regarding the copyright and patent. It means what i got that we can't use there logo, there design and style, there slogan lines.

As we say in india only there are 2 companies Surya bulbs and surya pharmacutecals. Both are on the same name and when surya pharmasutacels came in light everyone was thinking that this company belongs to surya bulbs. But both are in india and doing there business.
We are not hurting there international business coz we are only doing that business in india.

Also one more example is AMARSONS.These are 2 different cloth companies in india. Both have there trademarks. So it means one has to stop it.One is in Bombay and one is in chandigarh.

So please help me on this issue that whether the usa company can file any case against us or not.

Can i post newspaper articles/adverticements/notices in my blog/website?

Im thinking of starting a blog/website where all articles referring to an subject are posted for viewing and discussion.

In such a case since if articles which are posted are taken from newspapers can i just post them? I mean they are in public domain, and im not claiming any rights it will be like google showing results in search, there are many websites which do this but there is nothing about this in their terms and conditions.

So can i or do this or do i need to mention a disclaimer or something in my terms and conditions.

Any help will be appriciated.
