MY NAME IS SHUBHAM AGARWAL AND MY FATHER NAME IS SURESH AGARWAL. BUT MY NAME ON 10TH CERTIFICATE AND MARKSHEET WAS WRITTEN SHUBHAM KUMAR AGARWAL., MY FATHER NAME WAS WRITTEN SURESH PRASAD AGARWAL.
I WANT TO DO CORRECTION OF MY NAME AND MY FATHER NAME ON CERTIFICATE AND MARKSHEET. TWO AFFIDAVIT WILL REQUIRE TO DO SO OR ONE AFFIDAVIT IS SUFFICIENT???
IF ONE AFFIDAVIT IS SUFFICIENT CAN I GET FORMAT OF THAT.

we are belonging to the caste perika balija which comes under BC-B , but at my schooling , due to lack of knlwledge or lack of guidance,my father wrote my caste as balija which is OC. Now , i want to change my caste in the school and in my college records. How can I change this? I am from Andhra Pradesh, please help me?

yesterday I was stopped by a police officer, I have the full document of my bike with me but forgot to carry along, he fine me for that.
1. is there any provision in law where i can submit the document later,
2. if yes, then what should i do if this happens with me next time?

My name is Surana Rohit Raju. Raju is my father name in all my documents, but his real name is Rajendra.
In all my certificates and documents my father name is written as Raju.
Is affidavit legal showing that both Raju and Rajendra are the same person called by different names.
What is the solution?

Respected sirs and madams, myself janardan. When I was born,my parents named me Janardhan and used it everywhere for the first 10 years of my life. When I got old ie 10-12,I started using janardan as my name's spelling.. my certificates,my DL, my aadhar,my voter id etc all have my name as janardan.. my parents have a flat in a registered cooperative society and in the nomination certificate,my dad has used Janardhan as the spelling of my name. The certificate says that the property shall go to Janardhan,his son whith the share of property being 100%. Do you think this could be a problem ? Should I try to rectify it ? Is there any other way to make sure there is no problem in the future ? I'm saying this because of the bureaucratic nature of how this housing society functions,my dad had to spend months and even had to bribe the society position holders to get the nomination certificate done in the first place.

Registration charges for release deed.
Dear sir/madam,
My daughter has inherited some agricultural lands from her Late mother. Her mother inherited the same from her father. Now maternal uncle of my daughter that is brother of her Late mothers brother is asking my daughter to release her rights in the property in his name. He is asking to execute a registered release deed. The property is situated at Bangalore.
1) What is the stamp duty to be paid for registration of release deed.
2) Do my daughter is competent to transfer her share to his maternal uncle through release deed.(she is 23 year old)
