Typo error in my tamil name in encumbrance certificate

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I bought a plot few days ago with no mistake in my name in the sale deed. My name in Tamil is விக்னேஷ் and it is given correctly in sale deed. Whereas when I downloaded the EC, I found that my name is given as விக்னேஸ்.
Will this be an issue in the future ? Could you please let me know how should I correct it. My document writer said me it's not an issue and no need for correction. Since he is a friend of my friend , I don't want to get into arguments.
Is there any other way through which I can correct it ? I got to know from this site that someone got a same kind of issue and sent a mail and the name got changed automatically. But I didn't get the mail details to whom I need to send.
Any solution would be highly appreciated.. thanks

Stamp duty and registration fee on release deed in tamilnadu

Suppose if one of the 4 shareholders of a property wants to give release deed, will the value of stamp duty and registration calculated on the value of his / her share of the joint property or on the value of the entire property ?
Please clarify.

How to enter sub caste without proof

Sir/mam me Naidu sub caste few elders say eedigha Naidu few say balajigha Naidu but my elders dint enter any sub-caste in my tc pls say the procedure to enter sub caste in Karnataka not only that me married bmy children also need it even they r following my fault pls my elder child received even 1oth tc without sub caste now my younger child need only few days left for 10th further procedure sir can u help me

Rental agreement

I have 11months rental agreement with house owner. But becoz of some emergency situation i am planning to vacate house in six months itself. In rental agreement, no where it is mentiobed like, i sud not vacate house before 11 months. Now the owner says, ' she wil hold back 5 months rent, from my advance amount'. Is she correct? Or is there any way, tat i can get my advance amount back by legal move?

Registered will

My father Late Shri Dattaram Atmaram Sannake Owner Member of Society had made a Registered Will in 2008 and a Registered Gift Deed in 2010 which had mentioned 475 sqft built up, but my was not updated in Share Certificate till date of my father even though given several Complaints by him.
Ours Society land given by Collector under PWR 219 scheme. Fighting for my Membership with Society after death of my father atlast Order given by Regional Deputy Commissioner Samaj Kalyan Belapur in my name but not through Gift Deed but through Inheritance by mentioning in other letter saying Gift deed is not acceptable.
My cousins who have illegally occupied my 1 kitchen room had filed suit in 2010 which got disposed in 2016 by Decree Order.
Again they filed Appeal after 1 year after death of my father which is pending for objections which have mentioned we have received caveat by respondents. My father had made an executor in Will to his friend Son. Who is denying about having no knowledge about the caveat. Recently my Advocate made a notice unknowingly by taking Signature on it and submitted it to BMC Assessment and Collection Dept which mentioned the Cousins are my fathers brothers Children which was not as my father was alone Son to my Grand Father. After realising I made a complaint to bmc for Cancellation of Advocate Notice which was still not replied. I want to know what power does executor have and how to withdraw caveat. Can I withdraw it. My father friend son who is executor are ready to give NOC for not having any interest in Property. Is it right to take NOC and what should be the format. Also I have submitted my letter to Police to register FIR against illegal activities of tampering and Destroying Documents by Society Collusion with Cousins which was not registered since Nov 07 2020.
Recently again discovered that Sub Registrar had issued 2 index for Gift Deed by different Date and time. The original Gift Deed which have receipt and date same are without stamped and Annexures unregistered, but recently issued certified copy which have different Date. This means that they have cheated me.
What steps should I have to take. Please 🙏 help

Does Stamp Duty applicable to Relinquishment Deed besides Registration Fee in respect to immovable property without consideration among co owner's?

Court of protection or poa

Can an NRi's family in UK apply for court of protection in INDIA, for elderly parents living in UK and are unable to look after their properties in INDIA due to mental and physical disability. Not in a position to issue a Power of Attorney. we are unable to Register a UK Power of Attorney in India..

Inclusion of missing survey number

Sir/madam ,
I own a plot of 6.27 cents in Thoothukudi,tamilnadu since 2007. Now while trying to sell it I find that a portion of my land ( around 0.25 cents) belongs to another survey no. and that has not been mentioned in my document. Please let me know the procedure to include that survey no. onto my document. Please note that 1. The plot is approved by the corporation
and 2. the seller is no more and hence rectification is not possible. Thanks in advance.
