my father's name in my school and graduation mark sheet is syed ashfaq hussain whereas in his documents his name is syed arif ,cuz he's known as syed arif ,now we want to apply for passport and pan card but cuz of this name problem we are confused ,wat to do ?

sir i have enterd into an Agreement with a person.this person has been using different kinds of signatures when he sends me letters or notices which differ from his signatures on original Agreement.
1.Is this some sort of cheating on his part?
2.What does this imply and what should i do to make my stand legally stronger?

that an advance rent is already paid in cheque and for the sake of safety 11 Post Dated Cheques for X rental amount will be given to Licensor at the time of agreement

Surrender driving license
Hello Experts,
My query is around surrendering my current driving license on the grounds of fake supporting documents.
At the time of applying for a new license, I was under age so I faked the document related to my DOB. I know it was a crime I committed then but that was during my childhood. I have been wanting to surrender this license for a long time but I never got to know the correct procedure for that or even if it is possible.
Can anyone here please advice me how should I proceed? I want to surrender this one, or get my actual DOB on the license by submitting the real document.
