Fake pan card

I have two pan card , one pan card is fake what I have to do. How can I surrender pan card? Would u please guide me regarding the same.
Punishment for having a fake pan card.

you should surrender the fake pan card . you have knowingly committed an offence by taking fake pan card . have fake pan card cancelled

It is surprising that you know one of them is fake.
If you have two pan cards then surrender one else you may be fined.
