Is it possible for me to present me on behalf of my father in the legal issues (in the court and government offices).
My father did not care about these matters.
Is it posdible with the help of power of attorney?

my mother name is harpreet kaur. but her name in my birth certificate is written as harpreet singh. how can i can change 'singh' to 'kaur'? kindly tell me the full procedure to change her name. thanks:)

my cousin brother obtained a laon of Rs.1,00,000/- from co op credit society bank (Chit fund) by mortgaging the property.the deed of mortgage registered at registrar office - Thane. now the dues have been clear and bank have given the NOC regarding no dues pending against the mortgager.
now my query is that is it necessary to de register the said deed of mortgage instead of taking noc from the bank? and or personnel necessary to de register the deed, if yes what should be the title of the deed for cancellation of mortgage deed.
please help

You see i have sale my land and the purchaser have sole it back, so i bought it back my land which i have sale, so any one can help me a drafting deed/agreement in this regards.

Please guide me, if the Original Sale Deed would be required or Only Share Certificate (in my name) in
Original which is available with me is enough for TRIPARTITE AGREEMRENT (Permanent Alternative
