I wanted to open a beer shop in bhilai district in the state of chhattisgarh, i wanted to know the procedure for obtaining a license for a beer shop and every kind of permit that is required for running beer shop in chhattisgarh.

The house was given rent during September.If we want to execute the rental agreement during December using December stamp paper is whether correct.
We are not going to register the stamp paper.

sir, I was granted Home Loan by a Co op bank,wherein,without my request,consent or application for further disbursement, bank
debited my loan a/c on 27.5.2006 by Rs.60,000/-& thereafter, to regularise the above unauthorised entry got executed from me on 31.3.2008 fresh documents inclusive of above amount.(while scrutinising my a/c I found above unauthorised entry now).
can I ask for reversal of above entry after such a long period and whether it will be legal. Would anybody please guide me ?

Respected Members, I want to know and confirm 1) whether there is any Supreme court citation saying that "An adv can appear before any authority whether public or private on behalf of his client" if ny such citation is there kundly provide.... 2) is there any BCI rule or any section of Adv act restricting such appearance of adv before sub registrar..... kindly revert with ur valuable suggestions.... thanking you

My query is that I dont have a birth certificate as I was born in home 20 years ago in bhopal M.P. and my birth is also not registered in the municipal records.
can I get a birth certificate now or any other procedure you all can suggest....?

sir,
i want to know the amount of court fees applicable to issue a succession certifiacte for my mother for the amount 86lacs(pF, gratuity and savings)for releasing of my father assets which he left without a will.
The lawyer i have consulted is demanding approx. 7.5 lacs(8.75%, as per indian court fees act for utter pradesh).Is it so? Also, why do anyone have to pay such a huge fees on a amount which is already tax paid.Is there any procedure to challenge this.?

Sir i work in central govt . my office received a copy of Hon'ble CAT's order forwarded by our superior office to furnish reply/take action within four weeks from receipt of copy as the appellant belongs to my office.the case is of such nature which has equivalent cases spread around the other offices of our level.my office forwarded the case to higher office back for taking action.is my office still responsible in case of delay ?

confusion in experience certificate

thank you in advance for answering my query. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness.
My colleague began teaching in2013 but it began as part time however in the same year my colleague shifted to full time (after 6 months) and 2014 has been full time. Now my colleague needs a experience certificate for an application for a govt job How should it be issued. Should it be issued 2013 to 2014 full time teaching or it should be mentioned clearly from when to when it was part time and then full time No one has a clue and he needs the certificate issued. None of us want him or the institution to be wrongly implicated in any legal problem.
