So it is fruitful to me if I transfer deed stamped by Notary as personal record or not. So that I become the Scooter Owner. Is Transfer deed is best way if registration authority deny for renew registration of vehicle. Kindly intimate me.

Surname and signature

Dear Sir/Madam,
Thanks for legal advises provided on L.C.I.
Please Guide me !
1-As My signature is Binay Agrawal(in Hindi)at all places But it is Binay Kumar(in English) on PAN card and in LIC policy.
-Will it cause a problem in future? If yes, what should I do now?
2-My name is Binay Kumar in 10th class certificate and it is Binay Kumar Agrawal on ID& Address proof.
-Can an affidavit for Binay Kumar and Binay Kumar Agrawal, being same and one person resolve a problem, if any arises in future due to mere addition of surname agrawal, which is not in 10th class certificate?
(If I want to keep my full name, Binay Kumar Agrawal)

I came to know gazette notification required in this regard, so far. But I want to avoid this, Will it be sufficient to have a notarized affidavit for addition of surname(name change)and publication in a local news paper only.

Thanks
Regards
Binay Kumar Agrawal

Dear Expert,
Hello SIr,
I was working in my prvious company from 1 april 2014 to 30 nov 2014 and I have given my resignation Letter on 20 Nov2014.As per company policies I had to serve 15 days of notice period. But I had only serve 10 days of notice period. As there were my exzam from 2nd of december. I had asked my Mannager to extend my Notice period by 5 days but he told me that notice period can't be extended and two people are already on leave so we are not allowed to give you leave.but as there were my exzam I had abscond my self from the company.
after that I have agin given interviw in other company and got selected and they have also accpected my experiance of 8 months but at the time of verification I don't have reliving letter with me now they are asking for releving letter of my privious company but prvious company is not giving me releving letter as I have not serve full notice period. So what action do I need to take to get my reliving letter. As it is very much important for me.

Unregistered deed

Dear Sir,

In normal course , in Bangalore city I have observed that most of lease deeds are unregistered which are ration excuted for more than one years and amount involved is in lakhs. If unregistered lease deed is not considered as evidence as per sec 17 & sec 49 of registion ACT & 149 of transfer of property act (even at arbitration also ), whether the house owners can take undue advantage of these provisions and harrase the leasee by not refunding the lease amount.

What recourse the leasee will have against leasor .

Legal notice

Dear Sirs/Madams,

I had a HDFC Credit Card which expired since last two years. i had purchased Rs.18,000/- rupees vide that card. But unfortunately i failed to pay that amount due to my financial problem. After 4-5 months i got a call from HDFC Card executive regarding the settlement & i agreed their settlement amount for Rs.28,600/-.

In August 2014, i have cleared all the settlement dues.

But 01 month ago i came to know that my settlement was cancelled due to payment was not made in time.i shocked & called to HDFC People, who told me that to resettle the card.

I was refused to pay because during the settlement time HDFC Recovery Team were attached with me each n every time & never aware about this to me.

Recently i have recived a letter from HDFC lawyer saying that they will put a case against me.

Please advice me Sirs/Madams what to do as i have already paid all the settlement amounts.

Kindly reply.

Regards,
Soumyakant.

Confusion in experience certificate

thank you for answering my query. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness.

my colleague started teaching in 2013 however, it began as part time but in the same year he shifted to full time hours (after 6 months) and 2014 has been full time. however now he needs experience certificate for a government job application. how should the certificate be issued? should it mention full time from 2013 to 2014 or should it clearly mention part time tenure and full time tenure. He and we all want to be really sure so that no problem ensues in the future for him or for the institution.
