Change in name for passport

Hi,
My name is anuj. I am going to apply for a fresh passport.Before high school my name was ANU but in high school board examination I filled that ANUJ and from that onwards , I am known as ANUJ. That means, in every document like Pan Card, Driving License the name is ANUJ.
My Question is that while applying passport should i select yes in the option "Has you ever been with different name?"

Since it was misspelled only once you better select option-NO.

Mr Barman,
My all documents are in the name of ANUJ and also in high school examination I was a minor. Therefore, my family did not post this in any news paper for name change.
I am ok with your suggestion. However, just for my confirmation and
Keeping in mind the above said details would you suggest me to choose NO?
