my name is gopi .My father worked as an mechanic in A.P.S.R.T.C(vijayawada)and expired during his job and the gratuity amount that we have to get from apsrtc is in pending due to lack of the nominee .so the office people are asking to bring the succesion certificate through court .how much stamp duty fee we have to pay for the Rs: 5,25,000/- in andhra pradesh .or is ther any chance to proceed my case in lok adalat get a quick judgment.. please help me how to proceed in getting a sucession cetificate ..

My father applied ten years back for passport at New Delhi through an agent by mistake the agent filed wrong date of birth, due to some reasons my father was unable to focus on it and the matter left without solution.
Now after ten years my father applied again for passport with his correct date of birth , but airport authority had his initial for also they said that the date of birth are not matching.
Now they are saying my father to file a case in court and get direction from court.
What to do.
What is the solution of the problem, under which provision the case would be file.
My brother is living at Australia, and all the other family members have passport.
Pls. guide

I wish to resign from west Bengal police constable and then to join other service . I get appointment letter on 30/11/15 but due to a police constable I can't join and they give15 day time and immediately i pray to accept resignation but There is nothing happen . If I not get resignation in stated time ,can I join to this new job? and if I join without resignation then what could be happened?

CAN anybody can misuse the blank document signed by my brother on blank paper and claim property of my brother by showing that my brother had to pay debt of 10lakhs outstanding against a sharebroker what is the remedy i have advised my brother to make registered will currently so that blank signed paper becomes null and void what is the solution and remedy in this regard

Can a person holding irrevocable & registered Power of Attorney having all rights including sale of properties, having possession of the property & having paid full monetary consideration to all original owners;
Can he register a kharedikhat of the said property in his own name as Buyer by signing as Buyer as well as Seller of the property ? If yes , please provide some examples with Document Registration Numbers.

my son is 16. Applying for passport . Parents don't have passport . His father and I are separated yet not legally divorced. He is out of contact for several years. I don't have the marriage certificate . I have 3 queries
1)where should I get it Notarized and how ? I'm from Vizag. Should I go to court or something. Is it hard to get it Notarized ? Should I show marriage certificate ?
2)what date should I provide in the annexure? Like today or the day I want to get it Notarized , or anyday ?
3)what would be an apt reason to provide in the reason blank. So I will have least trouble .
