Dear sir my father done sale agriment for 2 plots. He given total amount to other party and not mention any time in that. Other party promised in that ofter land conversation he give 2 plots. Still land is not converted.Some one saying that document is valid after 3 years . now it is 4th year.now my father expired I am confused pls help me .is it valid? Or can I renewal it. Or anything other?

A person has deposited money in bank in 2011 and at time of deposit he made x as nominee, In year march 2014 he made a registered WILL and in that WILL he says all his deposits are to Y .person expired in Nov 2015

Respected sir,
I have acquired ghumsta license under the name Kumar tours and travels which will deal with air tickets and renting taxis .can I open shop with name different from registered name .as in can I put my shop name as Royal travels which runs under company name kumar tours and travel .i want to consider Royal travels as my brand name and kumar as company name .do I need to register Royal travel under my company name .

IN VOTER'S CARD, IT IS RECORDED AS VENKATESHWARAN S/O.VENKATASUBRAMANIAN. HERE TOO INITIALS(P.V) ARE NOT MENTIONED.

Dear experts,
5 yrs ago due to some domestic issues I changed my name from X to Y and I got it notrised and also gazetted. But I couldn't officially adopt that new name "Y" as I was not able to mentally detach my self from my previous name "x".
Now that I'm using my previous name X,
I need to know what shall happen now?
(1) Should I keep using my previous name X?
or
(2) Should I start using my new name Y?
I have recently got an offer from abroad and I'm in a dilemma what to do now as my passport is in my previous name X only.
Kindly guide!

My mother register a settelment document to me .in that document three survey nos are provided.the survey nos are based on the patta but now in the village vao the current chitta and adangal the survey nos are changed so i want to correct the current survey nos in my settelment document .please guide me what is the procedure

I wanted to know that every institution is having different different format of obc (ncl)certificate , so do collector office will issue me obc(ncl) certificate in every format. or is there any standard format of obc(ncl)certificate.
