Hi, I have a query about home dastavage....we want to take new home but my father in law want to make dasatage by my husband & my mother in-law... I he also become agree to add name of mine also...so I want to ask that if we will agree about it then we have to face any legal problem?

I HAVE NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED BUT I HAVE MY SSLC CERTIFICATE, WHEREIN THE NAME REMAINS P.V.VENKATESWARAN.
IN MY COLLEGE CERTIFICATE, I AM REGISTERED AS P.V.VENKATESHWARAN.
IN AADHAR CARD, IT IS RECORDED AS VENKATESHWARAN VENKATASUBRAMANIAN. INITIALS(P.V) ARE NOT MENTIONED.
IN VOTER'S CARD, IT IS RECORDED AS VENKATESHWARAN S/O.VENKATASUBRAMANIAN. HERE TOO INITIALS(P.V) ARE NOT MENTIONED.
HENCE, I JUST WANT TO MAINTAIN MY NAME AS V.VENKATESWARAN S/O. P.V.VENKATASUBRAMANIAN SO THAT I SHALL UPDATE IN ALL GOVT. AGENCIES LIKE VOTER'S CARD, AADHAR CARD, PASSPORT AND OTHER GOVERNMENT RECORDS ACCORDINGLY.

Dear experts,
5 yrs ago due to some domestic issues I changed my name from X to Y and I got it notrised and also gazetted. But I couldn't officially adopt that new name "Y" as I was not able to mentally detach my self from my previous name "x".
Now that I'm using my previous name X,
I need to know what shall happen now?
(1) Should I keep using my previous name X?
or
(2) Should I start using my new name Y?
I have recently got an offer from abroad and I'm in a dilemma what to do now as my passport is in my previous name X only.
Kindly guide!

My mother register a settelment document to me .in that document three survey nos are provided.the survey nos are based on the patta but now in the village vao the current chitta and adangal the survey nos are changed so i want to correct the current survey nos in my settelment document .please guide me what is the procedure

i am looking to start up a new firm with partnership. Should i go with notarized partnership deed agreement or registered partnership agreement? and why? does this partnership is liable to form firm as private limited company? should i have to do another registration to form private limited company?
