Name change

I have registered a land in the name of X Z Before 30 years .But I have name in all my ID proof's as X Y Z (middle name Y was added)
Is there any problem while selling my land regarding my name.
Please Help me...

It will be no problem when you sell the property, if any buyer would make query then you can affirm an affidavit. Otherwise you can rectify your deed if the seller/vendor would agree to execute a Rectification Deed now.

Agree with the advise from expert Advocate M.Bhadra.

However you can go for the rectification deed if you wish.
