a man gets his power of attoreny for sale a property on 16/2/2007 only but he executes a sale agreement for that property as poa on 15/2/2007 and register that sale agreement on 16/2/2007 after he gets poa is that sale sgreement is valid

Mera age 24 yrs hai...mere upar zuti mental harrasment and rape case filed hai...actually ladki ne muze whtsapp pe gali deke uksaya reply karne ke liye.mene bhi gaali me reply kiya ...bad words use kiye usne messages me Jo girl ko suit nhi karte to Maine bhi use kiye...ab vo khudka messages delete karke mera messages dikha ke sreen shots and email conversation dikha rahi hai. Court ms...my question is whtsapp proofs kaha tak valid proof hai?

Pls guide re procedure for execution of a Special Power of Attorney by a wife to her husband.
1.The Special PoA is intended to be used in Bangalore to sell the property at Bangalore, which is in joint names of both;
2. Husband lives in Bangalore; while wife lives in Gurgaon, Haryana. She also has proof of 'residence address' at New Delhi - her parental address;
3. What all charges, fee, stamp, etc. she has to pay for this Special PoA?
4. Can the Special PoA be executed by her in New Delhi.
5. What value Non-judicial Stamp Paper she needs to buy, if any?

what are the rules and guidelines for providing t.c.r. to the clients?

As i have been in central government obc list from state of uttar pradesh.I have born & brought up in mumbai & i live in mumbai only & i have all document like passport, voter id etc of mumbai address only.Now i have made obc certificate in which the address is mention of my father native place i.e. uttar pradesh. Now each goverment form i have to write a address & i am writing mumbai address .So my query is that as my address is different on my documents & obc certificate.so for obc benefit can i produce same obc certificate in various govt exam.

Hi,
My dad purchased an apartment in 2002 via an agreement for sale for which stamp duty was paid. However, due to death of my dad who executed the agreement, the registration was not done and this was realised only recently when the documents were being validated since we were looking to sell this apartment. Is there any way that we can now register this without involvement of the seller?
Is there any possibility of executing a deed of confirmation or likewise which will enable me to sell this apt? Looking towards a solution on this and seller involvement is not possible since they are not reachable.
