Dear Sir..We have a partnership firm with two partners. The partnership is at will and there is equal sharing of profit and loss mentioned in the deed. The firm is at heavy loss and the property of the firm is in the name of the firm. Being legal heir of one of the deceased partner of the firm i want to understand my rights on the property of the firm and will the liability of the firms be transferred on to me. Also, can i sell the property of the firm since i belive the partnership is dissolved after death of the partner?

How to get cast certificate?my client has not gone in school and his father also never gone to school.no any blood relative has cast certificate. In such case how to get cast certificate?

A trible purchase agriculture land from non trible in year 1991.and on 7/12 extract no entry of 36A . And that agriculture land purchase by non trible in year 2014. Is it legal or illegal .

My birth certificate has a name Abhinav and my father has changed that name to vishal... N he got legal certificate of that... But now that certificate is lost n I have to apply for passport ... So can I get that certificate again n if yes than how?

Is partnership deed for business operation among two partners validitct by notary public on of 1000 non judicial stamp..or what wil be suitable under legal process for partnership deed , sale deed , will, power of attorney.... Plz. Clear it smoothly.

Sir,
1.One of the my Lawyer has issued a legal notice to vendor on behalf of me on Property case for delay in registration of Flat. Vendor also replied. Now the Lawyer has refused to give the Notice (office copy) and vendors reply letter. He says both are missing and even to refuse to give the Office copy of notice copy issued to vendor.
Whether Court is consider the Xerox copy.
What action to be taken on this type of Lawyer by me.

Respected All,
A residential Sale deed was regisered in favour of my wife before her divorce with previous husband. Whole sole owner was my wife but name of her husband is written as her husband in Sale Deed.
Now found some typing errors (Apartment Name is incorrect) in that sale deed.
The Seller is ready to co-operate with us.
Now Kindly provide expert advise that while executing Correction Deed in Sub-registrar Office, my wife has to submit her old ID Proof and Address Proof as was submitted at the time of Sale Deed or She has to mention her latest identity and submit her her latest ID Proof (which shows my name as husband) and latest Address Proof.

wrong name in caste certificate and caste validity certifica
Hello sir
My name is AMEY ...its my original name written on my birth certificate and 10th certificate and all other document..but in my caste and caste validty certificate is AMEYA..
There is addition of letter 'a'..but pronunciation is same...so what should i do..i am preaparing for govt exam..is there any problem during document verification if i get selected..
Give me advice that it may matter or not..so that i can be ready for any corretion in name..
