Hi i have to buy a property that the ownership belongs to four persons. In which there is two owner died. While registering they have produced death certifucate from village... is it enough ? Or they need any other documents ?

HI,
My name and marital status has been changed on my Adhaar card and PAN after my marriage but not on my passport. Now I need to travel abroad. will the changed name and marital status lead to any problem in getting the VISA approved as I am about to file divorce case against my husband and d'nt want to get my passport changed.

Whether Nominee of any party must be individuals and not the Corporate Body. Nominee a person in whose name title to real estate or ownership of stock is held but who is not the actual proprietor or holder.

Can a party to a contract demand Liquidated Damages after it has terminated the contract due to undue delay?

My father took a loan in 2005 and it becomes N.P.A. next year due to non-payment of the same loan due to weak financial conditions of my father. Now my father passed away 3 years ago. I am minor at that time. I have no documents related to that loan. How I ask for the documents related to the Loan from the Bank. Orally I have demanded for the same but they can't give me yet. How I do ask in writing. Suggest a way.

Consignee sales of product under ndpc act
Dear Sir,
Product covered under NDPC act need to be reported to NDCP authority on periodical basis.
Any one help me to clearify whether sale made as Consignee sales where buyer and delivery at different address with their NDPC licence number. e.g. A order to B to supply C where B is main suppler where buyer is A & C is the receipt of goods.
