Carrying laptop in trial court ?

I suggested to my advocate that why not carry our laptop(turned on with opened up the relevant documents) in the trial court room.

So that we could easily read the relevant paragraphs from petition/reply/rejoinder etc.,whenever needed in the argumentation.

But my advocate said that this is not permissible in the court room .

Is he right,please suggest?

Stamp paper requirement

Hi,

I need to add a new partner to the existing partnership. What is the process for adding a new partner?

What is the stamp pare value on which these changes should be made? This is being done in Bangalore , Karnataka.

Also if the previous partnership is registered with RoC , do the changes also have to be registered with RoC again?

Appreciate if anyone can help me with this.

Regards

certified copy

Is it mandatory to apply for a certified copy on a demi paper? What is the law saying about it? I had applied for a certified copy of a land record on a plain white paper and it was refused on the said ground.

If photographs taken on digital camera are accepted as legal document or not?

According to my old knowledge only film camera photo with negative use to be legal document. Digital camera photo was not used as legal photo.

Which is the exact method of documentation

I think now a days the movie on digital camera is used as evidence in many cases.
Thanking you.
