Can we exhibit the docs at the time of submitting them with petition or reply or rejoinder,just to save our time,if yes what would be the procedure???

The Documents to be filed along with Plaint , WS, and Rejoinder as supporting documentary Evidence, to be considered by the Court on marking of the Documents in the Evidence of the parties .The documents to be marked at the time of Trial /recording of Evidence of the Parties to the suit.

The exhibit on document can only be done at the time of evidence. you can only mark annexture at the time of submitting petition or reply.

Exhibiting the documents means that it will be read in evidence and it can be done by proving the document by different mode during chief examination and also if admitted by other party.
