How much importance does audio recording of mobile conversation gets as evidence to prove someone's wrong-doing? Will family court accept a husband's faults if it is proved by showing recording of conversation between him and others?

i am amarnath pv.i have one doubt regarding sale of land agreement. details as follows
i had made an agreement dated july 2007 for sale of my land 2 acres. we had initiaally written an agreement on 100 rs bond paper for sale of land costinging 6 lacs. now almost three years has been completed.still the openent didnt pay total amount but given only rs 1 lac as advance .almost 3.5 years has been completed.now i am thinking of selling the land to another person.does the agreement will validate in the court of law. can i sell the land to other persons?

I want take a cooking gas connection. For this dealers are advised to me that bring a notary afidavit in ur name. then u can be provided the connection.Then how can i do this afidavit plz advise .

Hi,
I am starting a financial services company which will help clients to buy/ sell investment products - like Mutual Funds,Shares, Commodities, Insurance, Bonds etc.
I want that once the client is registerd with us, they dont need to fill forms for each investment type and IF We can fill the form and sign on their behalf.
The client will just send a mail to us confirming buy / sell (for our records) and then we will fill forms & sign(on behalf of client)
In such case, what kind of Power of Attorney is required. If possible can you send me some good format. (clickmail99(at)gmail(dot)com
Should we need to register this POA in court and should we need to send the copy of POA everytime to MF / Insurance companies with every request.

my father had an agreement long time back in 1993. But now in one criminal proceeding the opposite party has challenged the stamp paper's authenticity saying that used stamp paper was not purchased on the mentioned date and is forged one. i tried to take out the stamp paper vendor's register but is not traceable and has been weeded out by the revenue department. every thing was done honestly but the opposite party has managed to get the statement from the vendor that the said paper was not sold by him.
what can we do now to prove the authenticity of the stamp paper.
can we send that stamp paper to the Indian Security Press, nashik.
what is procedure of sending the stamp paper there?

Respected Sir,
This has reference to use of bond paper for Lease Agreement.
Our company would like to sign Lease Agreement for Agricultural land for specific period with the landlord with retrospective effect i.e. from 1st Aug. 2010. The terms of agreement has just been finalised and the lessor has agreed to sign the agreement w.e.f. 1st Aug.09, but made and executed on today's date.
We shall be extremely grateful if you could kindly guide me whether the lease agreement can be made and executed today for retrospective effective from 1st Aug. 2010.
