I have taken 13 citations to prove my stands in my case--all from delhicourts websites.These are plain printouts.
Should I submit them as these are?
Or should I print the particular URL on them?
Or should I take certified copies of these judgments for filing in the court?

I want to open a documentations shop in Delhi to make legal documents and to sale stamp papers. I want to ask:
1. Do I need a licence from govt. to open this type of work?
2. Do I need a licence to sale stamp papers, if so, from where and how will I get that, what documents are required to apply for this type of licence and what is the fee?
I will be highly obliged if you will provide me with the detail answers

Hi Sir,
We are Faridabad; Haryana headquartered NGO that also work for Social Rights Issues. We recently got to know about the demolition drive that is going on, in Faridabad on the name of public interest. The resident of that locality have filed lawsuit in High Court of Punjab & Haryana. The Case # is CWP/1225 year 2010. I tried to find the judgment copy but not able to do so through the website of that High Court. Though through the Link (http://highcourtchd.gov.in/data/2010_12_15_o_m.htm) I get to know the few details. But the progress or the complete judgment is missing. Please assist me in this as its matter of poor BPL families who are getting ignored by the district & State government.
Can RTI help me in this?

We are a social organisation having FCRA Registration. We have different projects in different states.
Can we open bank account to these branches to transfer our funds from HO to these branches (not for any other fund Indian or Foreign) via NEFT or RTGS.
Currently we are carrying cash. It is difficult.
Would you help us in this regard. Also is there any government circular or anything in this regard

What if Mr. X filsl up blank cheque with a type writer?
X has been issued a blank cheque by some one.
X knows that he would have to take help of someone to fill up this cheque before presenting it in the bank and then in the Court.
But X feels that why not fill up this cheque with type writing instead of filling it up with someone's hand writing and claim that it was given to him as it is.
Would he get any benefit in doing so ?
Would he get some harm in doing so ?
Would he get no harm/no benefit in doing so?
