Dear Sir,
This is regarding an arbitration case in which the claim is an actionable one, hence award must be on stamp paper so as to create revenue for the government. My question is , if for example, the arbitration proceedings have taken place in Bombay as per the arbitration clause, yet the award is issued in Calcutta (as it is an established principle that an award is not a part of 'proceedings' and hence even if there is a specific mention of where the arbitration proceedings are to take place in the arbitration clause/agreement, it does not imply that the award must be issued from the same place.), then in such a case, can West Bengal Stamp paper be used as opposed to Maharashtra Stamp paper even though the arbitration proceedings have been conducted within the state of Maharashtra
?
I would be grateful if anyone could give me a clear explanation of the same, and if possible support it with a case law.

Dear Expert,
I was married 2009 Jan and after 6 months a lot of problem coming in marriage and a lot day to day issues and many misunderstanding me and my wife and we both not trust each other.
After a year she stays her parent’s house and first 7 months she will come for our home 4-5 days in a month but from last 5 month she regularly staying her parent’s house. I try a lot but she is not ready for anything I met her in this 5 month period and meet her parents too but no solution come out.
She is not ready for divorce also i want divorce but she not ready to give me divorce.
Now , my question is I want to renew my passport and where we have to mentioned our spouse name. As I mentioned we not staying together and i want divorce now so can I blank the spouse field cos if we mentioned her name then we need marriage certificate or registration certificate and this situation nothing will happen. Please let me know if I blank the spouse field so any problem??

Hello Sir/ Madam,
I want to Vokkaliga community in Karnatka.I am a resident of Mysore,Karnataka. I did my schooling till my graduation in Mysore itself.Now for post graduation I am in need NC-OBC certificate.
My father's income is well below the 4.5lakh per annum criteria.Also Vokkaliga Community name has been mentioned in the central list of castes that come under OBC.But they have mentioned "Rural ares only " in brackets.
So I want to know whether I will be able to get NC-OBC certificate.When I en-quired with the Tahsildar in Mysore they said Vokklaiga will get NC-OBC certificate only in rural ares not in urban areas.
Is this correct?
If so what is the reason behind mentioning "rural areas only" clause in the list.
Please provide some insight into this aspect as soon as possible as I am required to submit the certificate at the time of joining the course.
Also i have attached the NC-OBC list of Karnataka.

Dear Members,
My Grandfather expired leaving a property at Delhi where my father and uncle reside.
The will prepared by my grandfather is not witnessed nor registered .
Its hand written with signatures of my grandfather on each page.
Please suggest on the validity of the will since the same is not witnessed.
If the will is invalid how can we get the property transferred in our name

If the service level agreement has to be made then how it should be excuted. Waht is the procedure of middle east country. India's stamp paper will not be valid then how and on which paperes it should be exeuted.
