Scheduled caste

Hi,

I am scheduled caste hindu husband married to Christian wife in the regitrar's office since I would not go to church nor she would come to a temple. I now have 2 children and when applied for SC caste certificate, it was given as BC(C) stating my wife is a Christian and hence higher caste of parents will be considered. Please advice as I wish my children be brought up as hindu sc.

sir am 22 year old and my partner is 21 year old.i belong to hindu religon and she belong to sikh religon..
i am a student of graduation last year.
after one year we want to mary with each other..
we think that her parents never allowed for intercast marriage.

Arbitration

Dear Sir,

My friend had taken a vehicle from a finance company. and due to non paymenyt it was taken back by the financer. Now the financier has envoke a arbitration clause and asking for payment of somemore amount. Agreement was filled in Goa branch and Arbitrator has been appointed from Mumbai.

Even no copy of agreement have been provided toi my friend.

Need your advise.
