(Querist) 14 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
sir am 22 year old and my partner is 21 year old.i belong to hindu religon and she belong to sikh religon..
i am a student of graduation last year.
after one year we want to mary with each other..
we think that her parents never allowed for intercast marriage.
so we want to be a court marriage.plz tell us any solution of this problem...

There is nothing called court marriage. Since both of you are adult then you can visit any Marriage Registrar of your locality and get the marriage Registered under him for which no help of an advocate s needed.

It is not court marriage. If you want to get marry you have to file an application before the registrar of marriage. Both will have to comply some procedures there.

Yes, you can get marriage as you both are major. you can apply for same before the Registrar of Marriage.
