Stamp paper

Respected Sirs,

I request you to kindly give your valuable guidance with regard to use of Stamp Paper. What is the validity of Stamp Paper, in Andhra Pradesh? Can we use old stamp papers (say 2-3 years old) for new agreements/ undertaking/ affidavits etc.

In case we want to submit an affidavit/ Undertaking to Govt. of India for granting subsidies/ any other benefits under different Govt. Schemes. Wll there be any objection/ rejection if we use old stamp paper.

Kindly give your valuable advice.

With regards,

V.PAVAN KUMAR

Compromise/confirmation deed

We bought sites from a person who had obtained GPA from the owner of agricultural revenue land, non-converted, but recently taken over by the Bangalore Mahanagara Palike. The GPA was not registered at the time of developing the land and forming sites. The sites were sold and the sale deeds were registered in the Subregistrar's office. Now the owner, after 12 years disputes about having given the GPA to the developer at all. Now all the site owners have formed an association and are legally fighting the case. But since it is a civil suit it will take a long time for obtaining a judgement. The members and the land owner have agreed to come to a compromise and legally set right the documents by agreeing to pay some money to the owner by each site allottee. Please let me know how the deal is to be rectified legally so that nobody else claim in future the right to ownership.
