when a client enter into leave & licence agreement in matunga for the period of 33 months.

where is it required to registered?

what is the procedure to get the doc registered?

it is required to be regsitered compulsory .

for registartion you have registration clerks who do the job . you will need supporting documents like orgiinal leave and licence agreement duly stamped , identity proof of licensor and licensee , Noc from society , proof of having paid property tax bill

the registration clerk will guide him shonee as to whether registration has to be at bandra or fort
