Name change on marksheets

Hi,
My Name is Yash Pal Sharma. Please see the below detail:

Academic:
8th Class Name : YASH PAL SHARMA
10th Class Name : YASH PAL SHARMA
12th Class Name : YASH PAL
Graduation Name : YASH PAL
POST Graduation Name : YASH PAL

General:
PAN Card , RATION CARD,Voter ID CARD, Driving License, PassPort, Bank Account ...etc these all are having name printed as YASH PAL SHARMA.

So my query is, I want to change my name from YASH PAL to YASH PAL SHARMA on my academic documents(12th,Graduation and Post Graduation). Is it possible?

Or If it is not possible then what are the other ways to get rid of this naming problem.

If I apply for Visa then, will this may cause any issue?

Please advice on this , tnanks

Power of attorney

Respected Sir,

The Director of the Company has issued General Power of Attorney in favour of President of the Company to do various acts, deeds and things as it is necesary for day to day affairs of the company, with ref. to Board Resolution passed on so and so date.

In this GPA, President has authorised to delegate all or some of the powers to any person/ persons to do the things/ deeds on behalf of the company in day to day operations of the company.

Under these circumstances, please give your valuable guidance whether President (who has delegation power under GPA) can issue Power of Attorney in favour of one of his employees for attending/ respresenting on behalf of the company, before Any Govt.Authority.

Sir

My father- in- law is a central government employee in 1995 in one survey number a plot measuring 395 square yards he purchased a part of land measuring 200 square yards in hyderabad outskirts and the remaining land measuring 195 square yards is purchased by his colleague and sale deed it and registered it in sub register office both individually on their names and claimed house building loans from office. In 1996 my father- in-law expired and the government has settled his all his dues. in 2012 when I checked in internet for Encumberence certificate both their names were there my father in law registered documents said registrations transfere and his colleague loan is still recovering and it is still mortgaged in the name of president of india . in another sub register office the entire land of 395 square yards is double registered by owner on another name in 2005. so the owner has cheated on us so sir now what is the legal remedy .both of us we never bothered to physically verify the land and now in 2012 we don’t know how to demarcate the said land how to approach the concerned sub register office whom to contact and to demarc my land with help of town planning officer? Or how I have to approach the concerned police station. How to file legal case how much time it takes to solve the problem currently the occupier or encroacher is presently using the land for agricultural purpose .i will be grateful to u sir please help me to claim the land. Please help me in a step by step process so that I can proceed to claim the land physically.

Sub-delegation of powers

The Board of Directors (BOD) of a public limited company has delegated several powers to its employees through a General Power of Attorney. The powers so delegated, inter alia, include to sub- delegate all or any of the powers to such person(s)as he (employee) may deem fit or may be necessary from time to time.

Now, the question arises whether the powers so delegated are legally O.K. in the eyes of Law?

If not, Why?

Can you please guide me in this matter?
