wheather irrevocable power of attorney can be made of ahmedabad property by 1 brother in favour of another brother both living at jaipur & instrument registered at jaipur

Yes. It can be got registered at any place irrespective of the location of the property.

It can register at any location but there is no irrevocation of POA

Dear Mr. Sharma,

It is not clear from your query, as to what is your idea in getting the Power of Attorney.

The answers by the experts are correct to the point of your query.

But, if your idea in obtaining the Power of Attorney is not for getting the property transferred by execution of SALE DEED by payment of Stamp duty and registration charges in the office of the Sub-Registrar under whose jurisdiction the property is located, your power of attorney will be of no use.

Therefore, better come out with your idea as to what you plan to do with the POA.
