normally how deposit amt is determined?
from the legal view what is the valid amount is allowed?
is there any ceiling for determing the maximum amt of deposit(security deposit)?
if security deposit amount will be adjusted against the rent of last months , is it affect the stamp duty calculation?
if security deposit not return to licencees with in time limit & licensoe is liable to pay interest par day for delay payment of security deposit:- is this clause affect the on the stamp duty calculation?

"the licensor shall cooperate with the licensee by providing necessary copies doc of ownership & tax & other statutory payments relating to premises."
this agreement is executed between licensor (private company) & license (partnership firm), will u guide me - which doc can ask by firm to the company?
what precaution firm has to take when agreement is between private ltd co?

"The licensee is not entitled to claim & will not claim any protection of and under the Maharashtra rent control act 1999 as amended up to date or any law subsisting or any law that may be enacted hereafter giving any protection as the licensee and further that notwithstanding any change in such laws the rights & liabilities of the parties hereto shall always be governed only by the provision hereof."
this statement is stated in the agreement.
how does it keep it interest/ helpful to Licensor.?
is it important to mention in the agreement.?
what does it mean from the point of view of licensee? what he has to interpret?

Dear Experts,
1.Is it legal to ask to sign for the service bond, from the proposed employee?
2. the clause read as " if the employee leave before the service period of 36 months, he shall reimburse the employer with the prevailing CTC of one full year? is it right.
3. if answer to above Q. is NO then how to tackle the employer and what is the way out?

what legal document has to ask to private ltd company for the confirmation that transaction flow is gpong to systematic manner while finalisation of leave & licence agreement ?

Is it advisable to buy b-khatha property ?
I am looking for Flat in Bangalore, I liked one apartment which is near to RammurthyNagar Bridge Junction, I enquired about this property, They said , 'It has been registered Grama Panchayat and it belongs to B-Khatha'
I would like to know, whether is it legal or illegal. Please advise me.
